한국자산매입(KAP)은 한국부동산원(REB)이 주관하는 ‘2025년도 창업벤처기업 사업화자금 지원사업’에 선정됐다고 30일 밝혔다.
‘창업벤처기업 사업화자금 지원사업’은 부동산 산업과 연계된 창업기업 중 혁신성, 공공성, 성장 가능성 등을 종합 평가해 지원 대상을 선정하는 ESG 창업지원 전략과제다. 선정 기업에는 최대 1천만 원의 사업화 자금이 지원되며, 한국부동산원은 이를 통해 아이디어 사업화, 생산성 향상, 판로 확대 등 창업·벤처기업의 성장 기반 마련과 글로벌 진출을 도모하고 있다.
KAP는 이번 선정으로 자사의 사회문제 해결형 금융 서비스 ‘헷지했지’를 포함한 주요 사업의 기술 고도화와 사용자 접근성 개선, 파트너십 확대 등에 박차를 가할 계획이다.
김종구 한국자산매입 대표는 “이번 선정을 통해 사회적 금융 모델의 공공성과 지속가능성을 인정받은 데 의미가 있다”며, “지원 자금을 활용해 서비스의 완성도를 높이고, 더 많은 이용자에게 실질적인 혜택이 돌아갈 수 있도록 하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Korea Asset Purchase (KAP) announced on the 30th that it was selected for the '2025 Startup Venture Business Commercialization Fund Support Project' hosted by the Korea Real Estate Board (REB).
The 'Startup Venture Business Commercialization Fund Support Project' is an ESG startup support strategy project that comprehensively evaluates innovation, publicness, growth potential, etc. among startups related to the real estate industry to select support targets. Selected companies are supported with up to 10 million won in commercialization funds, and through this, the Korea Real Estate Board is seeking to establish a growth foundation for startups and venture companies and to advance into the global market by commercializing ideas, improving productivity, and expanding sales channels.
With this selection, KAP plans to accelerate the technological advancement of its main businesses, including its social problem-solving financial service ‘Hedge’, improving user accessibility, and expanding partnerships.
Kim Jong-gu, CEO of Korea Asset Purchase, said, “This selection is meaningful in that it recognizes the public nature and sustainability of the social finance model,” and added, “We will use the support funds to improve the completeness of the service and ensure that more users can receive real benefits.”

韓国資産買取（ＫＡＰ）は韓国不動産院（ＲＥＢ）が主管する「２０２５年度創業ベンチャー企業事業化資金支援事業」に選定されたと３０日明らかにした。
「創業ベンチャー企業事業化資金支援事業」は、不動産産業と連携した創業企業のうち、革新性、公共性、成長可能性などを総合評価して支援対象を選定するESG創業支援戦略課題だ。選定企業には最大1千万ウォンの事業化資金が支援され、韓国不動産院はこれを通じてアイデア事業化、生産性向上、販路拡大など創業・ベンチャー企業の成長基盤づくりとグローバル進出を図っている。
KAPは今回の選定で、自社の社会問題解決型金融サービス「ヘッジ」を含む主要事業の技術高度化とユーザーアクセシビリティ改善、パートナーシップ拡大などに拍車をかける計画だ。

韩国资产购买公司（KAP） 30日宣布，被选为韩国房地产委员会（REB）主办的“2025初创企业商业化基金支持项目”。
“初创企业风险投资事业化资金支援项目”是一项ESG初创企业支援战略项目，该项目综合评估房地产相关初创企业的创新性、公开性、成长性等，并选定支援对象。入选企业将获得最高1000万韩元的商业化资金支援，韩国房地产委员会旨在通过该项目，为初创企业和风险投资企业奠定成长基础，并通过创意商业化、提高生产效率、拓展销售渠道等，进军全球市场。

Korea Asset Purchase (KAP) a annoncé le 30 qu'elle avait été sélectionnée pour le « 2025 Startup Venture Business Commercialization Fund Support Project » organisé par le Korea Real Estate Board (REB).
Le « Projet de soutien au Fonds de commercialisation des startups » est un projet stratégique de soutien aux startups ESG qui évalue en profondeur l'innovation, la notoriété et le potentiel de croissance des startups du secteur immobilier afin de sélectionner les bénéficiaires. Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficient d'un financement de commercialisation pouvant atteindre 10 millions de wons. Grâce à ce financement, le Conseil immobilier coréen cherche à établir les bases de la croissance des startups et des entreprises de capital-risque et à les faire conquérir sur le marché mondial en commercialisant leurs idées, en améliorant leur productivité et en élargissant leurs canaux de vente.
Avec cette sélection, KAP prévoit d’accélérer le progrès technologique de ses principales activités, notamment son service financier de résolution de problèmes sociaux « Hedge », d’améliorer l’accessibilité des utilisateurs et d’élargir les partenariats.
Kim Jong-gu, PDG de Korea Asset Purchase, a déclaré : « Cette sélection est significative dans la mesure où elle reconnaît la nature publique et la durabilité du modèle de finance sociale », et a ajouté : « Nous utiliserons les fonds de soutien pour améliorer l'exhaustivité du service et garantir que davantage d'utilisateurs puissent bénéficier de réels avantages. »
