법무법인 디엘지(대표변호사 조원희·안희철)는 오는 7월 15일(화) 오후 2시 드림플러스 강남 지하 1층 이벤트홀에서 ‘마이데이터 제도 도입에 따른 변화와 혁신’을 주제로 세미나를 개최한다고 3일 밝혔다.
이번 세미나는 개인정보 전송요구권 제도의 본격적인 시행을 앞두고, 의료 분야를 포함한 산업 전반에 미칠 영향을 조망하고, 분야별 대응 전략을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.
세미나는 김대현 한국인터넷진흥원 팀장의 ‘전 분야 마이데이터 제도와 전송요구권에 따른 전송체계’ 발표로 시작된다. 이어 법무법인 디엘지의 김동환 변호사가 ‘본인전송요구권의 대리행사에 따른 변화와 이슈’를 주제로 발표를 진행한다.
이어지는 세션에서는 위뉴 황보율 대표가 ‘의료 마이데이터가 가져올 보건의료 산업의 변화’에 대해 발표하며, 황규호 디엘지 변호사는 ‘디지털 헬스 시대의 법과 데이터, 의료정보와 규제 그리고 마이데이터’를 주제로 발표할 예정이다. 이후 패널토의와 질의응답 시간을 통해 산업계의 의견을 수렴하고 제도 발전 방향에 대한 논의가 이뤄질 계획이다.
조원희 대표변호사는 “전송요구권은 데이터 접근권을 넘어 산업 구조 전반에 변화를 가져올 수 있는 제도”라며, “이번 세미나가 마이데이터 제도의 이해를 높이고, 산업계가 실질적인 대응 전략을 수립하는 데 기여하길 바란다”고 말했다.

DLG Law Firm Holds Seminar on 'Changes and Innovations Following the Introduction of the MyData System'
DLG Law Firm (Representative Attorneys Wonhee Cho and Heechul Ahn) announced on the 3rd that it will hold a seminar on the topic of ‘Changes and Innovations Following the Introduction of the MyData System’ at the Dream Plus Gangnam B1 event hall at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 15th.
This seminar was prepared to discuss response strategies for each sector and to examine the impact of the Personal Information Transmission Request System on all industries, including the medical sector, ahead of its full implementation.
The seminar will begin with a presentation on 'The My Data System in All Fields and the Transmission System Based on the Right to Request Transmission' by Team Leader Kim Dae-hyun of the Korea Internet & Security Agency. Next, Attorney Kim Dong-hwan of DLG Law Firm will give a presentation on 'Changes and Issues Based on Proxy Exercise of the Right to Request Transmission by the Principal.'
In the following session, CEO Hwang Bo-yul of Winu will present on ‘Changes in the healthcare industry brought about by medical MyData’, and attorney Hwang Gyu-ho of DLG will present on ‘Law and data in the digital health era, medical information and regulations, and MyData’. Afterwards, there will be a panel discussion and Q&A session to collect opinions from the industry and discuss the direction of institutional development.
Chief Attorney Cho Won-hee said, “The right to request transmission is a system that can bring about changes to the overall industrial structure beyond the right to access data,” and added, “I hope that this seminar will increase understanding of the MyData system and contribute to the establishment of practical response strategies by the industry.”

法務法人ディエルジ(代表弁護士チョ・ウォンヒ・アン・ヒチョル)は来る7月15日(火)午後2時ドリームプラス江南地下1階イベントホールで「マイデータ制度導入による変化と革新」をテーマにセミナーを開催すると3日明らかにした。
今回のセミナーは個人情報伝送要求権制度の本格的な施行を控え、医療分野を含む産業全般に及ぼす影響を眺望し、分野別対応戦略を議論するために設けられた。
セミナーはキム・デヒョン韓国インターネット振興院チーム長の「全分野マイデータ制度と伝送要求権による伝送体系」発表で始まる。続いて法務法人ディエルジのキム・ドンファン弁護士が「本人転送要求権の代理行事による変化とイシュー」をテーマに発表を進める。
続くセッションでは、ウィニュ・ファンボ率代表が「医療マイデータがもたらす医療医療産業の変化」について発表し、ファン・ギュホディエルジ弁護士は「デジタルヘルス時代の法とデータ、医療情報と規制、そしてマイデータ」をテーマに発表する予定だ。以後、パネル討議と質疑応答時間を通じて産業界の意見を収束し、制度発展方向についての議論がなされる計画だ。
チョ・ウォンヒ代表弁護士は「伝送要求権はデータアクセス権を超えて産業構造全般に変化をもたらすことができる制度」とし、「今回のセミナーがマイデータ制度の理解を高め、産業界が実質的な対応戦略の樹立に貢献してほしい」と話した。

DLG律师事务所（代表律师赵元熙、安希澈） 3日表示，将于7月15日（周二）下午2点在Dream Plus江南B1活动大厅举办以“MyData系统引入后的变化和创新”为主题的研讨会。
本次研讨会旨在讨论各行业的应对策略，并在个人信息传输请求系统全面实施之前研究该系统对包括医疗行业在内的所有行业的影响。
研讨会将以韩国互联网振兴院金大铉组长题为“全领域我的数据系统及基于请求传输权的传输系统”的演讲拉开帷幕。接下来，DLG律师事务所金东焕律师将就“委托人代理行使请求传输权所带来的变化及问题”发表演讲。
接下来的环节中，Winu公司代表黄宝烈将发表题为“医疗MyData给医疗行业带来的变化”的演讲，DLG公司律师黄圭浩将发表题为“数字健康时代的法律与数据、医疗信息与法规以及MyData”的演讲。之后，将安排小组讨论和问答环节，收集业界意见，并探讨机构发展方向。
赵元熙首席律师表示，“请求传输权是超越数据访问权、能够带来产业整体结构变化的制度”，并表示，“希望通过本次研讨会，能够加深对MyData系统的理解，为产业界制定切实可行的应对策略做出贡献”。

Le cabinet d'avocats DLG organise un séminaire sur « Changements et innovations suite à l'introduction du système MyData »
Le cabinet d'avocats DLG (représentants Wonhee Cho et Heechul Ahn) a annoncé le 3 qu'il organiserait un séminaire sur le thème « Changements et innovations suite à l'introduction du système MyData » dans la salle d'événements Dream Plus Gangnam B1 à 14h00 le mardi 15 juillet.
Ce séminaire a été préparé pour discuter des stratégies de réponse pour chaque secteur et pour examiner l’impact du système de demande de transmission de renseignements personnels sur toutes les industries, y compris le secteur médical, avant sa mise en œuvre complète.
Le séminaire débutera par une présentation sur « Le système My Data dans tous les domaines et le système de transmission fondé sur le droit de demander la transmission » par Kim Dae-hyun, chef d'équipe de l'Agence coréenne de l'Internet et de la sécurité. Ensuite, l'avocat Kim Dong-hwan, du cabinet DLG, présentera « Les changements et les enjeux liés à l'exercice par procuration du droit de demander la transmission par le mandant ».
Lors de la session suivante, Hwang Bo-yul, PDG de Winu, présentera « Les changements dans le secteur de la santé induits par MyData », et Hwang Gyu-ho, avocat chez DLG, présentera « Le droit et les données à l'ère de la santé numérique, les informations et réglementations médicales et MyData ». Une table ronde et une séance de questions-réponses seront ensuite organisées pour recueillir les avis du secteur et discuter de l'orientation du développement institutionnel.
Le procureur en chef Cho Won-hee a déclaré : « Le droit de demander la transmission est un système qui peut apporter des changements à la structure industrielle globale au-delà du droit d'accès aux données », et a ajouté : « J'espère que ce séminaire améliorera la compréhension du système MyData et contribuera à l'établissement de stratégies de réponse pratiques par l'industrie. »
