토탈 IT 서비스 기업 ㈜HNIX(대표 차동원)는 네이버클라우드(대표 김유원), 이노룰스(대표 장인수)와 함께 산업별 AI 전환(AX, AI Transformation) 촉진을 위한 3자 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 10일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 클라우드 및 인공지능 기술 기반의 산업별 디지털 혁신을 공동으로 추진하고, 각 사의 역량과 기술을 결합해 산업 특화 솔루션과 서비스를 개발하는 것을 주요 내용으로 한다. 협력의 범위에는 산업군별 디지털 전환 과제 발굴, 맞춤형 AI 모델 기획·개발, 클라우드 서비스 설계 및 공동 사업화 등이 포함된다.
세 기업은 조선, 제조·물류, 건설 등 주요 산업을 대상으로 현장의 세부 수요에 기반한 디지털 전환 솔루션을 공동으로 기획하고, 개발된 솔루션에 대해 실제 환경에서의 검증(PoC, Proof of Concept)을 진행한 후 상용화를 위한 성공 사례를 축적할 계획이다.
또한 협약은 지역 산업의 디지털 경쟁력 강화를 위해 동남권 중심의 기술 협력 및 사업 공동 추진 방안도 포함하고 있으며, 장기적으로는 국내 산업 전반의 AI 전환 가속화를 위한 기반 조성을 목표로 한다.
네이버클라우드 임태건 전무는 “글로벌 수준의 클라우드 인프라와 생성형 AI ‘하이퍼클로바X’를 기반으로 국내 제조업의 디지털 전환과 AI 도입을 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
이노룰스 장인수 대표는 “각 사의 기술력과 노하우를 기반으로 고객사의 업무 혁신과 성과 창출에 기여하는 실질적인 AX·DX 솔루션 개발에 집중하겠다”고 말했다.
HNIX 차동원 대표는 “AI와 디지털 전환은 산업 전반의 생존과 경쟁력 확보를 위한 필수 과제”라며, “이번 협약을 통해 주요 산업군의 전환 과정에 기여하고, 지속 가능한 기술 협력 체계를 구축하겠다”고 강조했다.

HNIX, Naver Cloud-InnoRules Sign Business Agreement
Total IT service company HNIX (CEO Dong-won Cha) announced on the 10th that it signed a three-party business agreement (MOU) with Naver Cloud (CEO Yu-won Kim) and InnoRules (CEO Jang In-soo) to promote AI transformation (AX) by industry.
The main content of this agreement is to jointly promote digital innovation based on cloud and artificial intelligence technology in each industry and to develop industry-specific solutions and services by combining the capabilities and technologies of each company. The scope of cooperation includes the discovery of digital transformation tasks by industry group, planning and development of customized AI models, cloud service design, and joint commercialization.

The agreement also includes measures for technological cooperation and joint business promotion centered on the Southeast region to strengthen the digital competitiveness of regional industries, and in the long term, aims to lay the foundation for accelerating the transition to AI across domestic industries.
Naver Cloud Executive Director Tae-Geon Lim said, “Based on our global-level cloud infrastructure and generative AI ‘HyperClova X,’ we will actively support the digital transformation and introduction of AI in the domestic manufacturing industry.”
Inoruls CEO Jang In-su said, “We will focus on developing practical AX/DX solutions that contribute to our customers’ business innovation and performance creation based on each company’s technological prowess and know-how.”
HNIX CEO Cha Dong-won emphasized, “AI and digital transformation are essential tasks for securing the survival and competitiveness of the entire industry,” and “Through this agreement, we will contribute to the transformation process of major industries and establish a sustainable technology cooperation system.”

イノルルスのチャン・インス代表は「各社の技術力とノウハウを基に、顧客会社の業務革新と成果創出に寄与する実質的なAX・DXソリューションの開発に集中する」と述べた。

La société de services informatiques HNIX (PDG Dong-won Cha) a annoncé le 10 avoir signé un accord commercial tripartite (MOU) avec Naver Cloud (PDG Yu-won Kim) et InnoRules (PDG Jang In-soo) pour promouvoir la transformation de l'IA (AX) par industrie.
