바이오 신약 개발 기업 트리오어(대표 우성호)는 최근 225억 원 규모의 시리즈 B 라운드 투자를 유치했다고 17일 밝혔다.
이번 시리즈 B 라운드에는 신규 투자자로 우리벤처파트너스, 신한벤처투자, 현대기술투자, 리젠트파트너스, 스닉픽인베스트먼트가 참여했으며, 기존 투자자인 IMM인베스트먼트, LSK인베스트먼트, KB인베스트먼트, 키움인베스트먼트, 신한캐피탈, 진앤투자파트너스도 후속 투자를 진행했다. 이로써 트리오어의 누적 투자 유치 금액은 약 415억 원에 이르렀다. 특히 이번 라운드는 멀티 클로징 방식으로 진행 중이며, 사업부와의 협업을 전제로 투자 검토 중인 기업형 벤처캐피털(CVC)의 후속 투자도 예정돼 있어 총 투자 규모는 확대될 전망이다.
트리오어는 항체 기반 치료제의 치료 지수를 획기적으로 개선하는 항체 플랫폼 ‘TROCAD™’과 항체-약물 접합체(ADC)의 약물 안정성과 치료 효능을 극대화하는 신규 링커-톡신(Linker-Toxin) 시스템 ‘TROSIG™’을 개발하고 있다. 해당 기술들은 기존 항체 및 ADC 치료제의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 혁신 기술로 평가받는다. 트리오어는 최근 미국 보스턴에서 개최된 ‘2025 BIO USA’에서 기업 발표 세션에 선정되어 기술 및 파이프라인을 소개했으며, 다수의 글로벌 제약사 및 국내외 기업들과 협력과 기술 이전 논의를 활발히 진행 중이다.
트리오어는 2021년 창업 이후 기술력과 실행력을 바탕으로 꾸준히 성과를 축적해왔다. 2023년 중소벤처기업부 ‘아기유니콘’ 기업에 선정됐으며, 같은 해 ‘서울-BMS 이노베이션 스퀘어 챌린지’ 우승과 서울바이오허브 입주, 2024년에는 ‘D-유니콘’ 기업으로 선정됐다.
신규 투자를 리드한 우리벤처파트너스의 천지웅 상무는 “트리오어는 항체 및 ADC 분야에서 기존 치료제 한계를 넘어서는 게임 체인저가 될 잠재력이 있다”며 “글로벌 제약사 근무 경험을 바탕으로 트리오어의 기술이 ADC 분야를 비약적으로 발전시킬 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
트리오어 우성호 대표는 “이번 투자 유치는 당사의 기술 혁신성과 시장성을 인정받은 결과”라며 “조달 자금을 파이프라인 개발과 플랫폼 기술 연구에 집중할 계획이며, 궁극적으로 글로벌 제약사와의 협업, 기술이전 및 해외 임상 진출 등 대형 성과로 이어가도록 역량을 집중하겠다”고 밝혔다.
Trio attracts 22.5 billion won in investment… “Accumulated investment attracting amount of 41.5 billion won”

This Series B round was participated by new investors Woori Venture Partners, Shinhan Venture Investment, Hyundai Technology Investment, Regent Partners, and Snickpick Investment, while existing investors IMM Investment, LSK Investment, KB Investment, Kiwoom Investment, Shinhan Capital, and Jin & Investment Partners also made follow-up investments. This brings Trio’s total investment to approximately KRW 41.5 billion. In particular, this round is being conducted in a multi-closing manner, and follow-up investments from corporate venture capital (CVC) firms that are currently reviewing investment based on collaboration with business divisions are also scheduled, so the total investment scale is expected to increase.
Trior is developing 'TROCAD™', an antibody platform that dramatically improves the therapeutic index of antibody-based treatments, and 'TROSIG™', a novel linker-toxin system that maximizes the drug stability and therapeutic efficacy of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). These technologies are evaluated as innovative technologies that can overcome the limitations of existing antibody and ADC treatments. Trior was recently selected for a corporate presentation session at '2025 BIO USA' held in Boston, USA, where it introduced its technology and pipeline, and is actively discussing cooperation and technology transfer with a number of global pharmaceutical companies and domestic and foreign companies.
Since its establishment in 2021, Trioer has steadily accumulated achievements based on its technological prowess and execution capabilities. In 2023, it was selected as a ‘Baby Unicorn’ company by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, won the ‘Seoul-BMS Innovation Square Challenge’ in the same year, entered the Seoul Bio Hub, and was selected as a ‘D-Unicorn’ company in 2024.

今回のシリーズBラウンドには新規投資家としてウリベンチャーパートナーズ、新韓ベンチャー投資、現代技術投資、リージェントパートナーズ、スニックピックインベストメントが参加し、既存投資家であるIMMインベストメント、LSKインベストメント、KBインベストメント、キウムインベストメント、新韓キャピタル進んだ。これにより、トリオの累積投資誘致金額は約415億ウォンに達した。特に今回のラウンドはマルチクロージング方式で進行中であり、事業部との協業を前提に投資検討中の企業型ベンチャーキャピタル（CVC）の後続投資も予定されており、総投資規模は拡大する見込みだ。

本次B轮融资由新投资者Woori Venture Partners、Shinhan Venture Investment、Hyundai Technology Investment、Regent Partners和Snickpick Investment共同参与，现有投资者IMM Investment、LSK Investment、KB Investment、Kiwoom Investment、Shinhan Capital和Jin & Investment Partners也进行了跟投。由此，Trio的总投资额达到约415亿韩元。值得一提的是，本轮融资采用多轮封闭式融资方式，目前正在审核与事业部合作投资方案的企业风险投资（CVC）公司也计划进行后续投资，因此预计总投资规模将有所增加。

Ce tour de table de série B a bénéficié de la participation de nouveaux investisseurs : Woori Venture Partners, Shinhan Venture Investment, Hyundai Technology Investment, Regent Partners et Snickpick Investment. Les investisseurs existants : IMM Investment, LSK Investment, KB Investment, Kiwoom Investment, Shinhan Capital et Jin & Investment Partners ont également réalisé des investissements complémentaires. L’investissement total de Trio s’élève ainsi à environ 41,5 milliards de wons coréens (KRW). Ce tour de table est mené en plusieurs clôtures, et des investissements complémentaires de sociétés de capital-risque d’entreprise (CVC) qui étudient actuellement des investissements en collaboration avec les divisions commerciales sont également prévus. Le volume total des investissements devrait donc augmenter.
Trior développe « TROCAD™ », une plateforme d'anticorps qui améliore considérablement l'indice thérapeutique des traitements à base d'anticorps, et « TROSIG™ », un nouveau système de liaison-toxine qui maximise la stabilité et l'efficacité thérapeutique des conjugués anticorps-médicament (CAM). Ces technologies sont considérées comme innovantes et peuvent surmonter les limites des traitements existants par anticorps et CAM. Trior a récemment été sélectionnée pour une présentation de l'entreprise lors du salon « 2025 BIO USA » qui s'est tenu à Boston, aux États-Unis, où elle a présenté sa technologie et son pipeline. Elle discute activement de coopération et de transfert de technologie avec plusieurs sociétés pharmaceutiques mondiales, nationales et étrangères.
Depuis sa création en 2021, Trioer a accumulé les succès grâce à ses prouesses technologiques et à ses capacités d'exécution. En 2023, elle a été sélectionnée comme « Bébé Licorne » par le ministère des PME et des Startups, a remporté le « Seoul-BMS Innovation Square Challenge » la même année, a participé au Seoul Bio Hub et a été sélectionnée comme « D-Licorne » en 2024.
