강원창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 이해정, 이하 강원혁신센터)는 한국도로교통공단(이사장 김희중)과 17일 강원혁신센터에서 강원특별자치도 창업 생태계 조성을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 교통안전 분야 창업가 발굴 및 지속 성장 환경 조성, 창업기업 해외시장 진출을 위한 해외 실증 지원사업 협력 등에 대한 상호 협력을 주요 내용으로 한다.
특히, 양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 ‘2025년도 교통안전 분야 원스톱(One-Stop) 수출환경 구축사업’을 함께 추진하여 도내 창업기업의 성장을 다각적으로 지원할 계획이다.
이번 사업은 창업 10년 이하의 교통안전 관련 기업 10개사를 대상으로 종합적인 수출 지원 프로그램을 제공하는 사업으로 ▲해외 실증사업 자금 지원(2개사, 최대 1,000만원) ▲해외진출 기본교육 ▲국가별 시장 정보 제공 ▲홍보·마케팅 자금 지원 ▲기업 맞춤형 컨설팅 ▲한국도로교통공단 보유 특허 제공 ▲중소기업기술마켓 등록 지원 ▲외국 바이어와의 비즈니스 상담 지원 ▲글로벌 네트워크 구축 ▲사후관리까지 총 10개 항목으로 구성된다.
사업 접수는 2025년 7월 21일부터 8월 18일까지이며, KOROAD 교통안전 해외진출 지원센터 이메일(ODA@koroad.or.kr)을 통해 신청 가능하다.
이해정 강원혁신센터 대표이사는 “한국도로교통공단과의 긴밀한 협력을 통해 강원특별자치도 내 창업 기업들이 국내는 물론 해외 시장에서도 성공적으로 안착할 수 있도록 체계적인 지원을 아끼지 않을 것”이라며, “이번 협약이 강원 지역의 혁신적인 창업 환경을 구축하고, 지역 경제 발전에 기여하는 중요한 발판이 되기를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Gangwon Innovation Center and Korea Road Traffic Authority Sign Business Agreement
Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Hae-jeong, hereinafter referred to as Gangwon Innovation Center) announced on the 17th that it signed a business agreement with the Korea Road Traffic Authority (Chairman Kim Hee-joong) at the Gangwon Innovation Center to foster a startup ecosystem in Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province.
This agreement mainly focuses on mutual cooperation in discovering entrepreneurs in the field of traffic safety, creating an environment for sustainable growth, and cooperating on overseas verification support projects to help startups enter overseas markets.
In particular, through this agreement, the two organizations plan to jointly promote the '2025 One-Stop Export Environment Construction Project in the Traffic Safety Sector' to provide diversified support for the growth of local startups.
This project provides a comprehensive export support program for 10 traffic safety-related companies that have been in business for less than 10 years, and consists of a total of 10 items: ▲Overseas demonstration project funding support (up to 10 million won for 2 companies) ▲Basic training for overseas expansion ▲Provision of market information by country ▲Promotion and marketing funding support ▲Customized consulting for companies ▲Provision of patents held by the Korea Road Traffic Authority ▲Support for registration in the SME Technology Market ▲Support for business consultations with foreign buyers ▲Establishment of a global network ▲Aftercare.
Business applications will be accepted from July 21 to August 18, 2025, and applications can be submitted via the KOROAD Traffic Safety Overseas Expansion Support Center email address (ODA@koroad.or.kr).
Lee Hae-jeong, CEO of Gangwon Innovation Center, said, “Through close cooperation with the Korea Road Traffic Authority, we will spare no effort in providing systematic support so that startups in Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province can successfully settle into domestic and overseas markets,” and “We hope that this agreement will serve as an important foundation for building an innovative startup environment in the Gangwon region and contributing to the development of the local economy.”

江原革新センター、韓国道路交通公団と業務協約締結
江原創造経済革新センター（代表取締役理解政、以下江原革新センター）は、韓国道路交通公団（理事長キム・ヒジュン）と１７日、江原革新センターで江原特別自治も創業生態系造成のための業務協約を締結したと明らかにした。

江原创新中心与韩国道路交通局签署业务协议
江原道创造经济革新中心（代表理事长李海正，以下简称江原革新中心） 17日表示，为了培育江原特别自治道的创业生态系统，与韩国道路交通公团（会长金熙中）在江原革新中心签署了业务协议。
此次协议主要围绕在交通安全领域发掘创业者、打造可持续增长环境、合作开展海外验证支持项目等议题展开，旨在帮助初创企业进军海外市场。
特别是，通过此次协议，两家机构计划共同推进“2025交通安全领域一站式出口环境建设项目”，为本地初创企业的发展提供多元化支持。
该项目针对成立未满10年的10家交通安全相关企业，提供综合出口支援计划，共包含10个项目：▲海外实证事业资金支援（2家企业最高1000万韩元）、▲海外拓展基础培训、▲提供各国市场信息、▲宣传及营销资金支援、▲企业定制咨询、▲提供韩国道路交通公团持有的专利、▲支援中小企业技术市场注册、▲支援与外国买家的业务咨询、▲构建全球网络、▲售后服务等。

Le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon et l'Autorité coréenne de la circulation routière signent un accord commercial
Le Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (PDG Lee Hae-jeong, ci-après dénommé Gangwon Innovation Center) a annoncé le 17 avoir signé un accord commercial avec la Korea Road Traffic Authority (président Kim Hee-joong) au Gangwon Innovation Center pour favoriser un écosystème de startups dans la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon.
Cet accord se concentre principalement sur la coopération mutuelle dans la découverte d'entrepreneurs dans le domaine de la sécurité routière, la création d'un environnement de croissance durable et la coopération sur des projets de soutien à la vérification à l'étranger pour aider les startups à pénétrer les marchés étrangers.
En particulier, grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient de promouvoir conjointement le « Projet de construction d'un environnement d'exportation à guichet unique 2025 dans le secteur de la sécurité routière » afin de fournir un soutien diversifié à la croissance des startups locales.
Ce projet offre un programme complet de soutien à l'exportation à 10 entreprises liées à la sécurité routière qui sont en activité depuis moins de 10 ans, et comprend un total de 10 éléments : ▲Soutien financier à des projets de démonstration à l'étranger (jusqu'à 10 millions de wons pour 2 entreprises) ▲Formation de base pour l'expansion à l'étranger ▲Fourniture d'informations sur le marché par pays ▲Soutien financier à la promotion et au marketing ▲Conseil personnalisé pour les entreprises ▲Fourniture de brevets détenus par l'Autorité coréenne de la circulation routière ▲Soutien à l'enregistrement sur le marché des technologies des PME ▲Soutien aux consultations commerciales avec les acheteurs étrangers ▲Établissement d'un réseau mondial ▲Suivi.
Les candidatures commerciales seront acceptées du 21 juillet au 18 août 2025 et les candidatures peuvent être soumises via l'adresse e-mail du centre de soutien à l'expansion à l'étranger de la sécurité routière de KOROAD (ODA@koroad.or.kr).
Lee Hae-jeong, PDG du Gangwon Innovation Center, a déclaré : « Grâce à une coopération étroite avec l'Autorité coréenne de la circulation routière, nous n'épargnerons aucun effort pour fournir un soutien systématique afin que les startups de la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon puissent s'implanter avec succès sur les marchés nationaux et étrangers », et « Nous espérons que cet accord servira de base importante pour la construction d'un environnement de startups innovant dans la région de Gangwon et contribuera au développement de l'économie locale. »
