일경험 기반 직무 교육 플랫폼 마이팀플(운영사: 프로젝트퀘스천)이 SK가스와 함께하는 ESG 실무 교육 프로그램 참가자를 모집한다고 밝혔다. 참가 대상은 ESG 및 소셜 분야에 관심 있는 취업준비생 혹은 사회초년생으로, 이번 달 28일까지 마이팀플 웹사이트를 통해 신청할 수 있다.
이번 프로그램은 SK가스와 프로젝트퀘스천이 공동으로 수행한 해양정화 프로젝트의 연장선에서 마련된 자리로, 실제 해변 플로깅과 업사이클링 벤치 설치까지 이어진 활동의 사회적 가치를 되짚고, 교육생들이 이를 직접 임팩트를 측정해 보고서로 작성하는 실무형 과정이다.
참가자에게는 교육 수료증을 비롯해 ESG 보고서 작성 교육, SK가스 실무진 멘토링 등 실질적인 직무경험과 포트폴리오를 쌓을 수 있는 경험을 제공하며, 참가비는 전액 무료다.
특히 이번 교육은 사회적기업진흥원의 ‘SE브릿지’ 사업을 통해 SK가스와 프로젝트퀘스천의 오픈이노베이션 협력의 일환으로 성사되었으며, ESG 직무 진출을 희망하는 청년들이 기업의 사회공헌 활동을 데이터 기반으로 분석하고, 그 임팩트를 객관적으로 정리하는 보고서 작성까지 수행할 수 있도록 구성되었다.
프로젝트는 7월 29일 킥오프를 시작으로 약 한 달간 진행되며, 사회성과 측정 전문가인 김소예 선임연구원(SPC 확산팀)이 임팩트 측정에 대한 실무 강의와 피드백을 제공할 예정이다. 모든 과정은 이론과 실습이 결합된 실무 중심 워크숍 형태로 운영돼, 포트폴리오로 활용 가능한 결과물을 만드는 것을 목표로 한다.
프로젝트퀘스천 최은원 대표는 “이번 프로젝트는 청년들이 실제 기업의 ESG활동이 무엇인지,가치측정은 어떻게 하는지 개념을 이해하고, 기업과 사회를 연결하는 ESG 실무자의 역할을 직접 경험하는 프로그램”이라며, “해당 직무에 관심있는 청년들이 기업의 사회적 가치를 설계하고 전달할 수 있는 실무력을 키우는 데 중점을 뒀다”고 밝혔다.

MyTeample, Recruiting Participants for the 'ESG Practical Training Program'
MyTeample (Operator: Project Question), a job experience-based training platform, announced that it is recruiting participants for the ESG practical training program with SK Gas. Participants are job seekers or new members of society who are interested in ESG and social fields, and applications can be made through the MyTeample website until the 28th of this month.
This program is an extension of the ocean cleanup project jointly conducted by SK Gas and Project Question. It is a practical course that looks back on the social value of activities ranging from actual beach plogging to installing upcycling benches, and has trainees directly measure the impact and write a report.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion, training on writing ESG reports, mentoring from SK Gas executives, and other practical work experience and portfolio building opportunities. Participation is completely free.
In particular, this training was realized as part of the open innovation collaboration between SK Gas and Project Question through the 'SE Bridge' project of the Social Enterprise Promotion Agency, and was designed to enable young people hoping to advance into ESG positions to analyze companies' social contribution activities based on data and write reports that objectively organize their impact.
The project will kick off on July 29 and run for about a month, with Senior Researcher So-Ye Kim (SPC Expansion Team), an expert in social impact measurement, providing practical lectures and feedback on impact measurement. All courses will be operated in the form of a practice-oriented workshop that combines theory and practice, with the goal of creating results that can be used as a portfolio.
Project Question CEO Eunwon Choi said, “This project is a program where young people can understand the concept of what actual ESG activities of a company are and how to measure value, and directly experience the role of an ESG practitioner who connects companies and society.” He added, “We focused on fostering the practical skills of young people interested in this job to design and deliver the social value of a company.”
