(재)장애인기업종합지원센터(이사장 박마루) 광주 가치만드소는 사회복지법인 무지개공동회 산하 엠마우스복지관과 함께 7월 21일, 광주 지역 발달장애인의 교육 및 일자리 확대를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
광주 가치만드소는 발달장애인 가족의 창업을 지원하는 특화 사업장으로, 전국 8개 지역(광주, 경북 안동, 태안, 제주, 충남 공주, 경남 진주, 아산, 익산)에 설치·운영되고 있다. 특히 광주 지역 가치만드소는 약 330㎡ 규모의 스마트팜(지능형 농장) 시설과 창업보육실 임대, 맞춤형 창업 교육 등을 통해 발달장애인과 그 가족의 창업을 지원하고 있다.
현재 광주 가치만드소에는 발달장애인 가족 5개 팀이 입주를 앞두고 있으며, 이들 기업은 월 2,000kg 규모의 엽채류(프릴아이스)를 생산·판매할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
엠마우스복지관은 1985년 설립된 발달장애인 전문 복지관으로, 광주광역시 전체 발달장애인(8,929명)의 약 10%에 해당하는 882명이 등록 이용 중이다. 하루 평균 150명이 이용하고 있으며, 교육·연구, 권익옹호, 직업 지원, 최중증 발달장애인 지원, 지역복지 등의 사업을 수행하고 있다.
이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 ▲발달장애인 가족 대상 창업 교육 홍보 및 참여 유도 ▲광주 가치만드소 내 일자리 연계 및 취업 지원 ▲체험 프로그램 운영 및 환경 제공 ▲취·창업 관련 정보 공유 등을 중심으로 협력할 예정이다.
광주 가치만드소 관계자는 “양 기관이 보유한 인프라를 바탕으로 발달장애인의 경제적 자립을 위한 실질적인 지원이 가능해질 것”이라며 “교육, 일자리, 체험 등 다양한 분야에서 지속적인 협력을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Gwangju Value Creation Center of the Comprehensive Support Center for Persons with Disabilities (Chairman Park Maru) announced on July 21 that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Emmaus Welfare Center under the social welfare corporation Rainbow Community to expand education and jobs for persons with developmental disabilities in the Gwangju area.
Gwangju Value Creation Center is a specialized business facility that supports the entrepreneurship of families of persons with developmental disabilities, and is established and operated in eight regions nationwide (Gwangju, Gyeongbuk Andong, Taean, Jeju, Chungnam Gongju, Gyeongnam Jinju, Asan, Iksan). In particular, the Gwangju Value Creation Center supports entrepreneurship of persons with developmental disabilities and their families through a smart farm (intelligent farm) facility of approximately 330㎡, rental of a business incubation room, and customized business education.
Currently, five families with developmental disabilities are preparing to move into Gwangju Value Factory, and it is expected that these companies will be able to produce and sell 2,000 kg of leafy vegetables (frill ice) per month.
Emmaus Welfare Center is a specialized welfare center for the developmentally disabled established in 1985. About 882 people, which is about 10% of the total number of developmentally disabled people in Gwangju Metropolitan City (8,929 people), are registered and using the center. An average of 150 people use the center every day, and it carries out projects such as education and research, advocacy, job support, support for the most severely disabled, and regional welfare.
Through this agreement, the two organizations will cooperate with a focus on ▲promoting entrepreneurship education and encouraging participation for families of people with developmental disabilities, ▲supporting job linkages and employment within the Gwangju Value Creation Center, ▲operating experience programs and providing an environment, and ▲sharing information related to employment and entrepreneurship.
An official from Gwangju Value Creation Center said, “Based on the infrastructure owned by both organizations, it will be possible to provide practical support for the economic independence of people with developmental disabilities,” and “We will continue to cooperate in various fields such as education, jobs, and experience.”

（財）障害者企業総合支援センター（理事長パクマル） 光州価値マンドソは、社会福祉法人虹共同会傘下のエムマウス福祉館とともに7月21日、光州地域発達障害者の教育及び雇用拡大のための業務協約（MOU）を締結したと明らかにした。
光州価値マンドソは発達障害者家族の創業を支援する特化事業場で、全国8カ所（光州、慶北安東、泰安、済州、忠南公州、慶南真珠、牙山、益山）に設置・運営されている。特に光州地域価値マンドッソーは、約330㎡規模のスマートファーム（インテリジェント農場）施設と創業保育室賃貸、カスタマイズ型創業教育などを通じて発達障害者とその家族の創業を支援している。
現在、光州価値マンドッソーには発達障害のある家族5チームが入居を控えており、これらの企業は月2,000kg規模の葉菜類（プリルアイス）を生産・販売できると予想される。
エムマウス福祉館は1985年に設立された発達障害者専門福祉館で、光州広域市全体の発達障害者（8,929人）の約10％に相当する882人が登録利用中だ。 1日平均150人が利用しており、教育・研究、権益擁護、職業支援、最重症発達障害者支援、地域福祉などの事業を行っている。
今回の協約を通じて両機関は、▲発達障害者家族向け創業教育の広報及び参加誘導▲光州価値マンドソ内の雇用連携及び就業支援▲体験プログラム運営及び環境提供▲就・創業関連情報共有などを中心に協力する予定だ。
光州価値マンドッソ関係者は「両機関が保有するインフラを土台に発達障害者の経済的自立のための実質的な支援が可能になるだろう」とし「教育、雇用、体験など多様な分野で持続的な協力を続ける」と明らかにした。

残疾人综合支援中心光州价值创造中心（会长朴丸）21日表示，与社会福利法人彩虹共同体旗下的艾玛乌斯福利中心签署了业务协议（MOU），旨在扩大光州地区发育障碍人士的教育和就业机会。
光州价值创造中心是支援发育障碍人士家庭创业的专业化创业设施，在全国8个地区（光州、庆北安东、泰安、济州、忠南公州、庆南晋州、牙山、益山）设立并运营。特别是，光州价值创造中心通过约330平方米的智能农场设施、创业孵化室租赁、定制化创业教育等，为发育障碍人士及其家庭创业提供支持。
目前，5个患有发育障碍的家庭正在准备入驻光州价值工厂，预计这些企业每月将能够生产和销售2000公斤的叶类蔬菜（叶子冰）。
艾玛乌斯福利中心是1985年设立的专门针对智障人士的福利中心。目前，约有882人在该中心登记使用，占光州广域市智障人士总数（8,929人）的10%。平均每天有150人使用该中心，开展教育研究、倡导、就业支持、重度残疾人支持以及地区福利等项目。
通过此次协议，两家机构将重点在▲推进创业教育并鼓励发育障碍人士家庭参与创业、▲支持光州价值创造中心内的就业对接和就业、▲运营体验项目并提供环境、▲共享就业创业相关信息等方面开展合作。
光州价值创造中心相关人士表示，“基于两机构各自拥有的基础设施，将为发育障碍人士的经济独立提供切实的支持”，“今后将在教育、就业、体验等各个领域继续开展合作”。

Le Centre de création de valeur de Gwangju du Centre de soutien global pour les personnes handicapées (président Park Maru) a annoncé le 21 juillet avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec le Centre de bien-être Emmaüs sous l'égide de la société de protection sociale Rainbow Community pour développer l'éducation et l'emploi des personnes handicapées mentales dans la région de Gwangju.
Le Centre de création de valeur de Gwangju est un établissement spécialisé qui soutient l'entrepreneuriat des familles de personnes handicapées mentales. Il est implanté et exploité dans huit régions du pays (Gwangju, Gyeongbuk Andong, Taean, Jeju, Chungnam Gongju, Gyeongnam Jinju, Asan et Iksan). Il soutient notamment l'entrepreneuriat des personnes handicapées mentales et de leurs familles grâce à une ferme intelligente d'environ 330 m², à la location d'une pépinière d'entreprises et à une formation commerciale personnalisée.
Actuellement, cinq familles souffrant de troubles du développement se préparent à emménager dans l'usine de valeur de Gwangju, et on s'attend à ce que ces entreprises soient en mesure de produire et de vendre 2 000 kg de légumes à feuilles (glace à volants) par mois.
Le Centre d'aide sociale Emmaüs est un centre d'aide sociale spécialisé pour les personnes handicapées mentales, fondé en 1985. Environ 882 personnes, soit environ 10 % du nombre total de personnes handicapées mentales de la ville métropolitaine de Gwangju (8 929 personnes), sont inscrites et fréquentent le centre. En moyenne, 150 personnes fréquentent le centre chaque jour. Il mène des projets tels que l'éducation et la recherche, la défense des droits, l'aide à l'emploi, le soutien aux personnes les plus gravement handicapées et l'aide sociale régionale.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations coopéreront en mettant l'accent sur ▲la promotion de l'éducation à l'entrepreneuriat et l'encouragement de la participation des familles de personnes handicapées mentales, ▲le soutien des liens professionnels et de l'emploi au sein du Centre de création de valeur de Gwangju, ▲la mise en œuvre de programmes d'expérience et la fourniture d'un environnement, et ▲le partage d'informations liées à l'emploi et à l'entrepreneuriat.
Un responsable du Centre de création de valeur de Gwangju a déclaré : « Grâce à l'infrastructure détenue par les deux organisations, il sera possible de fournir un soutien pratique à l'indépendance économique des personnes ayant une déficience intellectuelle » et « Nous continuerons à coopérer dans divers domaines tels que l'éducation, l'emploi et l'expérience. »
