기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 24일(목) 부산 본사에서 임원과 부장·전국 영업점장이 참석한 가운데 ‘2025년도 제2차 경영전략워크숍’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 워크숍은 ‘제3벤처붐, 기보가 시작합니다’를 주제로 新정부의 국정과제 발표에 앞서 기보의 현황을 점검하고 미래전략을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다. 워크숍에서는 ▲新정부 정책방향과 대응전략 ▲M&A사업 추진현황과 기업승계형 M&A 지원전략 ▲중소기업 탄소중립 지원을 위한 K-택소노미 자가진단 시스템 ▲집중 호우 피해기업을 위한 특례보증 신속 지원 방안 등에 대한 주제발표와 토론이 진행된다.
오후에는 新정부의 중점 지원 분야인 인공지능(AI) 산업에 대한 특별강연이 이어지며, AI 분야의 최신 기술 트렌드와 스타트업 생태계 지원 방향에 대한 논의도 이뤄질 예정이다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “지금은 불확실한 경제환경 속에서 현재를 점검하고 미래를 설계해야 할 시점”이라며, “기보가 시장을 선도하기 위해서는 환경 변화에 유연하게 대응해 나가는 것이 중요하다”고 강조했다. 이어 “중소·벤처기업과 기보가 함께 함께 성장하고 발전하는 선순환 구조를 통해, 경제 활력 제고에 힘쓰고 있는 새 정부와 실질적인 도움을 바라는 고객들의 기대에 부응할 수 있도록 기보가 책임을 다해야 한다”고 당부했다.
기보는 올해 상반기 동안 당초 계획보다 9000억원 많은 30조 2000억원의 보증을 공급해 중소·벤처기업 핵심 지원기관의 위상을 재확인했다. 특히 AI, 반도체, 탄소중립 등 미래전략산업 분야에 대한 지원을 강화하기 위해 지난 5월 AI·AX 우대보증을 출시했으며, 인공지능 전환(AX)을 본격적으로 추진하기 위해 본부 조직인 ‘데이터사업전략실’을 ‘AI데이터전략실’로 개편했다.
하반기에는 탄소가치평가와 한국형 녹색기술분류체계인 K-택소노미평가를 전담할 ‘녹색기술금융센터’가 신설된다. 기보는 2021년 탄소가치평가모형 개발을 시작해 2022년 탄소가치평가보증을 도입했으며, 2023년 택소노미적합성평가모형 개발을 거쳐 2025년 택소노미평가보증을 시행하는 등 탄소중립 지원 기반을 확충해왔다. 기보는 이번 센터 신설을 계기로 탄소중립 확산과 녹색금융 지원을 한층 강화해 나갈 계획이다.

Kibo, '2nd Management Strategy Workshop in 2025' held
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Jong-ho Kim, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced that it will hold the “2nd Management Strategy Workshop for 2025” on Thursday, the 24th at its Busan headquarters with the attendance of executives, managers, and national sales branch managers.
This workshop was organized under the theme of ‘The Third Venture Boom, Kibo Begins’ to examine the current status of Kibo and seek future strategies ahead of the new government’s announcement of national tasks. The workshop will feature presentations and discussions on the following topics: ▲New government policy direction and response strategies ▲Current status of M&A projects and support strategies for corporate succession-type M&A ▲K-Taxonomy self-diagnosis system for supporting carbon neutrality of small and medium-sized enterprises ▲Special guarantee rapid support measures for companies damaged by heavy rain.
In the afternoon, there will be a special lecture on the artificial intelligence (AI) industry, a key support area of the new government, and discussions on the latest technology trends in the AI field and the direction of support for the startup ecosystem will also take place.
Kim Jong-ho, chairman of Kibo, said, “Now is the time to examine the present and plan for the future in an uncertain economic environment,” and emphasized, “In order for Kibo to lead the market, it is important to respond flexibly to environmental changes.” He continued, “Through a virtuous cycle structure where small and medium-sized enterprises and Kibo grow and develop together, Kibo must fulfill its responsibility to meet the expectations of the new government, which is striving to enhance economic vitality, and customers who are hoping for practical assistance.”
Kibo has reaffirmed its status as a key support organization for SMEs and venture companies by providing guarantees worth 30.2 trillion won, which is 900 billion won more than originally planned, during the first half of this year. In particular, in order to strengthen support for future strategic industries such as AI, semiconductors, and carbon neutrality, it launched the AI·AX preferential guarantee in May, and reorganized the headquarters organization, ‘Data Business Strategy Office’, into ‘AI Data Strategy Office’ to fully promote the artificial intelligence transition (AX).
In the second half of the year, a 'Green Technology Finance Center' dedicated to carbon valuation and K-taxonomy valuation, a Korean-style green technology classification system, will be newly established. Kibo began developing a carbon valuation model in 2021, introduced a carbon valuation guarantee in 2022, developed a taxonomy suitability assessment model in 2023, and implemented a taxonomy valuation guarantee in 2025, thereby expanding the carbon neutrality support base. Kibo plans to further strengthen the spread of carbon neutrality and green finance support through the establishment of this center.

技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「棋保」）は２４日（木）釜山本社で役員と部長・全国営業店長が参加した中、「２０２５年度第２次経営戦略ワークショップ」を開催すると明らかにした。
今回のワークショップは「第3ベンチャーブーム、棋譜が始まります」をテーマに新政府の国政課題発表に先立ち、棋保の現状を点検し、未来戦略を模索するために設けられた。 K-タクソノミ自家診断システム ▲集中豪雨被害企業のための特例保証迅速支援案などに対するテーマ発表と討論が行われる。
午後には新政府の重点支援分野である人工知能（AI）産業に対する特別講演が続き、AI分野の最新技術トレンドとスタートアップエコシステム支援方向についての議論も行われる予定だ。
キム・ジョンホ記者理事長は「今は不確実な経済環境の中で現在を点検し、未来を設計しなければならない時点」とし、「機報が市場を先導するためには環境変化に柔軟に対応していくことが重要だ」と強調した。助けを求める顧客の期待に応えるために、ギボが責任を果たさなければならない」と要請した。
ギボは今年上半期の間、当初の計画より9000億ウォン多い30兆2000億ウォンの保証を供給し、中小・ベンチャー企業の核心支援機関の地位を再確認した。組織である「データ事業戦略室」を「AIデータ戦略室」に改編した。
下半期には、炭素価値評価と韓国型グリーン技術分類体系であるＫ－タクソノミ評価を専担する「緑技術金融センター」が新設される。タクソノミ評価保証を施行するなど、炭素中立支援基盤を拡充してきた。

Kibo举办“第2届面向2025年的经营战略研讨会”
韩国技术金融公社（会长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）宣布，将于24日（周四）在釜山总部举办“第2届面向2025年经营战略研讨会”，届时将有高管、经理、全国营业部经理出席。

基宝会长金钟浩表示：“在充满不确定性的经济环境下，现在是审视现在、规划未来的时候了。”他强调，“基宝要想引领市场，灵活应对环境变化至关重要。”他继续说道，“通过中小企业与基宝共同成长发展的良性循环结构，基宝必须履行应尽的责任，不辜负致力于提升经济活力的新政府以及希望获得切实援助的客户的期望。”
Kibo在今年上半年提供了30.2万亿韩元的担保，比原计划增加了9000亿韩元，再次巩固了其作为中小企业和风险企业重点支持机构的地位。特别是，为了加强对AI、半导体、碳中和等未来战略产业的支持，Kibo于5月启动了AI·AX优先担保，并将总部机构“数据业务战略室”改组为“AI数据战略室”，全力推进人工智能转型（AX）。
今年下半年，Kibo将新成立一个致力于碳排放评估和韩国式绿色技术分类体系K-taxonomy评估的“绿色技术金融中心”。Kibo于2021年开始开发碳排放评估模型，2022年引入碳排放评估保证，2023年开发分类法适用性评估模型，2025年实施分类法评估保证，从而扩大碳中和支持基础。Kibo计划通过成立该中心，进一步加强碳中和的普及和绿色金融支持。

Kibo, « 2e atelier sur la stratégie de gestion en 2025 » organisé
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (président Jong-ho Kim, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé qu'elle organiserait le « 2e atelier de stratégie de gestion pour 2025 » le jeudi 24 à son siège de Busan, avec la participation de cadres, de managers et de directeurs de succursales de vente nationales.
Cet atelier a été organisé sous le thème « Le troisième boom des entreprises, Kibo commence » afin d'examiner la situation actuelle de Kibo et de rechercher des stratégies futures avant l'annonce des tâches nationales par le nouveau gouvernement. L'atelier comprendra des présentations et des discussions sur les sujets suivants : ▲Nouvelle orientation politique du gouvernement et stratégies de réponse ▲État actuel des projets de fusions et acquisitions et stratégies de soutien aux fusions et acquisitions de type succession d'entreprise ▲Système d'autodiagnostic K-Taxonomy pour soutenir la neutralité carbone des petites et moyennes entreprises ▲Mesures de garantie spéciale de soutien rapide pour les entreprises endommagées par de fortes pluies.
L'après-midi, une conférence spéciale sur l'industrie de l'intelligence artificielle (IA), un domaine de soutien clé du nouveau gouvernement, aura lieu, ainsi que des discussions sur les dernières tendances technologiques dans le domaine de l'IA et l'orientation du soutien à l'écosystème des startups.
Kim Jong-ho, président de Kibo, a déclaré : « Dans un contexte économique incertain, il est temps d'analyser le présent et de planifier l'avenir. » Il a également souligné : « Pour que Kibo domine le marché, il est important de s'adapter avec souplesse aux évolutions de l'environnement. » Il a ajouté : « Grâce à un cycle vertueux où les PME et Kibo se développent ensemble, Kibo doit assumer sa responsabilité de répondre aux attentes du nouveau gouvernement, qui s'efforce de renforcer la vitalité économique, et de ses clients qui attendent une assistance concrète. »
Kibo a réaffirmé son statut d'organisation clé de soutien aux PME et aux entreprises de capital-risque en accordant des garanties d'un montant de 30 200 milliards de wons, soit 900 milliards de wons de plus que prévu initialement, au cours du premier semestre de cette année. Afin notamment de renforcer le soutien aux secteurs stratégiques d'avenir tels que l'IA, les semi-conducteurs et la neutralité carbone, Kibo a lancé en mai la garantie préférentielle AI·AX et a réorganisé son siège social, le « Data Business Strategy Office », en « AI Data Strategy Office », afin de promouvoir pleinement la transition vers l'intelligence artificielle (AX).
Au second semestre, un « Centre de financement des technologies vertes » dédié à la valorisation du carbone et à la classification K-taxonomie, un système coréen de classification des technologies vertes, sera créé. Kibo a commencé à développer un modèle de valorisation du carbone en 2021, a introduit une garantie de valorisation du carbone en 2022, a développé un modèle d'évaluation de l'adéquation de la taxonomie en 2023 et a mis en œuvre une garantie de valorisation de la taxonomie en 2025, élargissant ainsi la base de soutien à la neutralité carbone. Kibo prévoit de renforcer davantage la diffusion de la neutralité carbone et du soutien à la finance verte grâce à la création de ce centre.
