뇌 질환 진단·치료 인공지능(AI) 전문기업 뉴로핏(공동대표이사 빈준길, 김동현)은 2025년 알츠하이머협회 국제 학술대회(AAIC 2025)에 참가해 주요 뇌 영상 분석 솔루션을 선보인다고 24일 밝혔다.
뉴로핏은 이번 학회에서 치매 치료제 처방 및 치료 반응 모니터링에 특화된 AI 기반 소프트웨어 ‘뉴로핏 아쿠아 AD(Neurophet AQUA AD)’를 공개할 예정이다. 해당 솔루션은 자기공명영상(MRI) 및 양전자방출단층촬영(PET) 영상의 정량 분석을 통해 항아밀로이드 항체 치료제 투약 전후의 뇌 상태를 정밀하게 분석할 수 있도록 설계됐다.
최근 알츠하이머병 치료제의 글로벌 개발이 활발히 진행되는 가운데, 관련 치료제의 효과 및 부작용을 영상 기반으로 평가할 수 있는 솔루션의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 특히 레카네맙(제품명 레켐비), 도나네맙(제품명 키순라) 등 주요 치료제의 경우, 부작용 발생 여부를 사전에 예측하고 관리하는 기능의 중요성이 부각되고 있다.
뉴로핏은 이번 학회를 통해 ▲뇌신경 퇴화 분석 소프트웨어 ‘뉴로핏 아쿠아’ ▲PET 영상 정량 분석 소프트웨어 ‘뉴로핏 스케일 펫’ 등 자사의 주요 솔루션을 전시 부스를 통해 함께 소개한다. 또한 글로벌 제약사 및 의료 기술 기업과의 사업 협력 가능성을 모색하고, 신경과 분야 핵심 전문가들과의 네트워크 구축에도 나설 계획이다.

At this conference, Neurofit will introduce its main solutions, including ▲ Neurofit Aqua, a brain nerve degeneration analysis software, and ▲ Neurofit Scale Pet, a PET image quantitative analysis software, through its exhibition booth.
