IT 보안 전문기업 인스피언(대표 최정규)이 SAP 환경에서 개인정보 보호를 위한 솔루션 ‘BizInsider PIM 3.0’으로 GS(Good Software) 인증 1등급을 취득했다고 24일 밝혔다.
GS인증은 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA) 산하 소프트웨어시험인증연구소가 ISO/IEC 25023 국제 표준을 기반으로 기능성, 신뢰성, 사용성, 효율성, 유지보수성, 이식성 등 6개 품질 항목을 엄격하게 평가해 부여하는 국가 인증이다. 인스피언은 이번 인증 획득으로 SAP 보안 솔루션 분야에서 기술력을 입증했다.
최근 개인정보 유출 사고가 잇따르고 개인정보보호법 제21조에 따른 ‘사용 목적 종료 시 파기’ 의무가 강화되면서 기업의 컴플라이언스 부담이 증가하고 있다. 특히 SAP를 도입한 글로벌 기업들은 방대한 개인정보 관리 과정에서 보안 리스크를 안고 있다.
인스피언의 BizInsider PIM 3.0은 사용 목적이 종료되었거나 법정 보유기간이 지난 개인정보를 자동으로 분리·파기하며, 필요 시 복원할 수 있도록 설계된 솔루션이다. SAP 표준 구조를 유지하는 Add-on 방식으로 개발돼 시스템 안정성을 확보하고 있으며, 접근 통제, 정책 이력 관리, 감사 로그 기록 기능을 제공해 외부 감사와 내부 점검에 대응할 수 있다.
해당 솔루션은 삼성전자, 포스코 등 주요 기업에 도입되어 운영 중이다. 인스피언은 통합보안관리(SIEM) 솔루션으로도 GS인증 1등급을 획득한 바 있으며, ERP 보안 시장에서 경쟁력을 강화하고 있다.
인스피언 관계자는 “PIM 3.0은 SAP 환경에서 개인정보 분리보관과 파기를 안정적으로 구현하는 솔루션으로, 규제 대응뿐 아니라 내부 감사 부담 완화와 운영 리스크 최소화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다”고 말했다.

Inspeon's 'BizInsider PIM 3.0' Obtains GS Certification Grade 1
IT security specialist Inspien (CEO Jeong-gyu Choi) announced on the 24th that it has received the GS (Good Software) certification level 1 for its solution 'BizInsider PIM 3.0' for personal information protection in SAP environments.
GS certification is a national certification granted by the Software Testing and Certification Institute under the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) of Korea, based on the ISO/IEC 25023 international standard, through a strict evaluation of six quality items: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. With this certification, Inspien has proven its technological prowess in the SAP security solution field.
As personal information leaks have occurred in succession recently and the obligation to “destroy data when the purpose of use ends” under Article 21 of the Personal Information Protection Act has been strengthened, the compliance burden on companies is increasing. In particular, global companies that have adopted SAP are facing security risks in the process of managing massive personal information.
Inspien's BizInsider PIM 3.0 is a solution designed to automatically separate and destroy personal information whose purpose of use has ended or whose legal retention period has expired, and to restore it when necessary. It was developed as an add-on that maintains the SAP standard structure, ensuring system stability, and it provides access control, policy history management, and audit log recording functions to respond to external audits and internal inspections.
The solution has been introduced and is currently being operated by major companies such as Samsung Electronics and POSCO. Inspien has also obtained GS certification level 1 for its integrated security management (SIEM) solution and is strengthening its competitiveness in the ERP security market.

Le spécialiste de la sécurité informatique Inspien (PDG Jeong-gyu Choi) a annoncé le 24 avoir reçu la certification GS (Good Software) niveau 1 pour sa solution de protection des informations personnelles dans les environnements SAP, « BizInsider PIM 3.0 ».
La certification GS est une certification nationale délivrée par le Software Testing and Certification Institute (Institut de test et de certification des logiciels) de l'Association coréenne des technologies des télécommunications (TTA). Elle repose sur la norme internationale ISO/IEC 25023 et repose sur une évaluation rigoureuse de six critères de qualité : fonctionnalité, fiabilité, utilisabilité, efficacité, maintenabilité et portabilité. Grâce à cette certification, Inspien a démontré sa maîtrise technologique dans le domaine des solutions de sécurité SAP.
Suite aux récentes fuites d'informations personnelles et au renforcement de l'obligation de « détruire les données lorsque leur finalité d'utilisation cesse » prévue à l'article 21 de la Loi sur la protection des informations personnelles, la charge de travail des entreprises en matière de conformité s'alourdit. Les multinationales ayant adopté SAP sont notamment confrontées à des risques de sécurité liés à la gestion de données personnelles massives.
