AI 경량화 및 최적화 기술 전문 기업 노타(대표 채명수)는 한국거래소로부터 코스닥 상장 예비심사를 승인받았다고 30일 밝혔다. 이번 승인은 예비심사 청구 후 약 2개월 만에 이뤄졌으며, 지난해 12월 기술성 평가에서 ‘A·A’ 등급을 획득한 데 이어 상장 절차가 본격화될 전망이다. 노타는 2025년 하반기 상장을 목표로 IPO를 추진 중이며, 주관사는 미래에셋증권이다.
최근 IPO 심사 기준이 강화되고 예비심사 승인률이 낮아진 시장 환경에서 노타의 신속한 심사 통과는 기술력과 사업성을 모두 인정받은 사례로 평가된다. 특히 기술 기반 스타트업 중에서도 실질적인 상용화 실적과 수익 구조를 확보한 점이 긍정적인 평가로 이어졌다는 분석이다.
노타는 자체 개발한 AI 최적화 플랫폼 ‘넷츠프레소(NetsPresso®)’를 통해 엣지 디바이스 환경에 적합한 경량화된 AI 모델의 개발 및 배포를 지원하고 있다. 해당 기술은 엔비디아, 삼성전자, Arm, 퀄컴, 소니, 르네사스 등 글로벌 AI 반도체 기업과의 협업을 통해 상용화 가능성을 입증한 바 있다.

Nota (PDG : Chae Myung-soo) , société spécialisée dans les technologies d'allègement et d'optimisation de l'IA, a annoncé le 30 juin avoir reçu l'approbation préliminaire de la Bourse de Corée pour son introduction au KOSDAQ.
