부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 지역 스타트업의 글로벌 시장 진출 역량을 강화하고, 해외 진출 준비 단계를 체계적으로 지원하기 위해 ‘Plug in: Singapore #5’ 프로그램 참가 기업을 오는 8월 8일(목)까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 싱가포르 진출을 희망하는 부산 소재 창업 7년 이내 기업을 대상으로, 사전 역량 강화 교육과 현지 실전 프로그램을 통합적으로 제공하는 것이 특징이다. 특히 사전과 현지 프로그램이 유기적으로 연결되어, 해외 진출을 위한 전략 수립부터 실전 네트워킹까지 전 단계를 체계적으로 준비할 수 있도록 설계되었다.
선정된 스타트업은 먼저 ▲현지 시장 진출 전략 수립, ▲영문 IR 피칭 역량 강화, ▲글로벌 파트너십 구축 방안 등 사전 워크숍과 전문 멘토링을 통해 핵심 역량을 내실 있게 다진다. 이후 △해외 바이어 및 투자자와의 1:1 비즈니스 미팅, ▲싱가포르 현지 기업 및 기관 방문, ▲글로벌 기술 전시회 ‘SWITCH 2025’ 참관 등을 통해 실질적인 시장 검증과 글로벌 네트워크 확장을 지원받게 된다.
특히 ‘SWITCH 2025(Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology)’는 아시아 최대 규모의 글로벌 기술 전시회로, 글로벌 주요 기업·투자자·스타트업 등이 참여해 최신 혁신 기술과 시장 트렌드를 공유하는 장이다. 참가 기업은 센터 대표단 자격으로 전시를 참관하며, 파트너 매칭, 미팅 연계 등 다양한 현장 프로그램에 참여할 예정이다.
모집기간은 오는 8월 8일(목) 23시 59분까지이며, 부산창업포털을 통해 온라인으로 신청 가능하다. 선발된 기업은 1차 서류평가와 2차 발표평가를 거쳐 최종 선정되며, 체제비를 제외한 프로그램 전반이 지원된다.
한편, 이번 프로그램은 중소벤처기업부의 ‘예비창업패키지’ 및 ‘초기창업패키지’의 글로벌 진출 지원과 연계하여 운영된다. 부산창경은 이 두 패키지 사업의 주관기관으로서, 통합 지원을 통해 창업기업의 성공적인 글로벌 시장 진출에 더욱 큰 시너지 효과를 창출하고 가시적인 성과를 도출할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
부산창경 관계자는 “이번 프로그램은 사전 준비와 현지 실행이 유기적으로 연계된 전 주기 글로벌 진출 지원 프로그램으로, 지역 스타트업이 해외 시장에서 실질적 성과를 낼 수 있도록 설계되었다”며 “앞으로도 부산창경은 글로벌 네트워크 연계와 단계별 프로그램을 지속 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Busan Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Center for Creative Economy and Innovation) announced that it will be recruiting companies to participate in the 'Plug in: Singapore #5' program until Thursday, August 8th to strengthen the global market entry capabilities of local startups and systematically support the overseas expansion preparation stage.
This program is designed for Busan-based companies established within the past seven years and seeking to expand into Singapore. It offers a unique combination of pre-market capacity-building training and on-site practical training. Specifically, the pre-market and on-site programs are organically linked, enabling systematic preparation for every step of the process, from strategic planning for overseas expansion to practical networking.
Selected startups will first solidify their core competencies through pre-event workshops and expert mentoring, including developing local market entry strategies, strengthening English IR pitching skills, and establishing global partnerships. Subsequently, they will receive practical market validation and global network expansion support through activities such as one-on-one business meetings with overseas buyers and investors, visits to local Singaporean companies and institutions, and participation in the global technology exhibition "SWITCH 2025."
In particular, "SWITCH 2025 (Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology)" is Asia's largest global technology exhibition, bringing together leading global corporations, investors, and startups to share the latest innovative technologies and market trends. Participating companies will attend the exhibition as center representatives and participate in various on-site programs, including partner matching and meeting coordination.
The application period runs until 11:59 PM on Thursday, August 8th, and applications can be submitted online through the Busan Startup Portal. Selected companies will undergo a first-round document screening and a second-round presentation evaluation to determine final selection. All program expenses, excluding system costs, will be covered.
Meanwhile, this program is operated in conjunction with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' "Pre-Startup Package" and "Early Startup Package" programs for global expansion support. As the lead agency for these two packages, Busan Changgyeong expects that this integrated support will create greater synergy and yield tangible results for startups' successful global market entry.
A Busan Changgyeong official stated, “This program is a full-cycle global expansion support program that organically links preliminary preparation and local implementation, and is designed to help local startups achieve tangible results in overseas markets.” He added, “Going forward, Busan Changgyeong will continue to expand its global network and step-by-step programs.”

Il offre une combinaison unique de formations de renforcement des capacités préalables à la commercialisation et de formations pratiques sur site. Plus précisément, les programmes préalables à la commercialisation et sur site sont étroitement liés, permettant une préparation systématique à chaque étape du processus, de la planification stratégique de l'expansion internationale au réseautage pratique.
Les startups sélectionnées consolideront d'abord leurs compétences clés grâce à des ateliers préalables et à un mentorat d'experts, notamment en élaborant des stratégies d'entrée sur le marché local, en renforçant leurs compétences en pitching en anglais et en établissant des partenariats internationaux. Elles bénéficieront ensuite d'une validation pratique du marché et d'un soutien pour développer leur réseau mondial grâce à des activités telles que des rencontres d'affaires individuelles avec des acheteurs et des investisseurs étrangers, des visites d'entreprises et d'institutions singapouriennes, et une participation au salon technologique mondial « SWITCH 2025 ».
SWITCH 2025 (Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology) est notamment le plus grand salon technologique mondial d'Asie. Il réunit des entreprises, des investisseurs et des startups de premier plan pour partager les dernières innovations technologiques et tendances du marché.
