코리아스타트업포럼(의장 한상우, 이하 코스포)은 베트남 다낭시 혁신창업지원센터(Danang Innovation Startup Support Center, 이하 DISSC)와 스타트업 생태계 발전 및 양국 간 교류 활성화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 1일 밝혔다.
이번 협약식은 지난 7월 30일 베트남 다낭에서 열렸으며, 한상우 코스포 의장과 응우옌 비엣 토안 DISSC 센터장이 참석해 양 기관을 대표해 협약서에 서명했다.
양측은 이번 협약을 통해 한국과 베트남 스타트업 간 국제 협력 체계를 강화하고, 양국 창업기업의 성장 및 글로벌 진출을 촉진하는 데 공동의 노력을 기울일 예정이다.
협약의 주요 내용에는 ▲스타트업, 예비 창업자, 대학 및 연구기관 등 혁신 주체 대상 역량 강화 프로그램 공동 추진 ▲베트남 진출을 위한 교육 및 연수 기회 제공 ▲비즈니스 협업 및 공동 투자 유치 지원 ▲글로벌 스타트업 행사(COMEUP 등)를 통한 교류 활성화 등이 포함된다. 또한 양국 스타트업 간 정책 정보 교류 및 규제 개선 사례 공유를 통해 상호 시장 진출을 위한 정책적 협력도 이어갈 방침이다.
코스포는 국내 최대 스타트업 단체로서 보유한 국내외 네트워크를 활용해 한국 스타트업의 동남아 진출을 지원하고, DISSC는 다낭시를 중심으로 한 베트남 현지 스타트업의 글로벌 역량 강화를 추진할 계획이다.
한상우 코스포 의장은 “베트남 다낭은 빠르게 성장하는 동남아의 혁신 허브로 주목받고 있다”며 “이번 협약은 한국과 베트남 스타트업이 시장에 더 쉽게 접근하고, 상호 투자 및 협업을 확대할 수 있는 기반이 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Cospo Signs MOU with Da Nang Innovation and Startup Support Center in Vietnam
The Korea Startup Forum (Chairman Sang-Woo Han, hereinafter referred to as KOSPO) announced on the 1st that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Danang Innovation Startup Support Center (DISC) in Vietnam to promote the development of the startup ecosystem and revitalize exchanges between the two countries.
The signing ceremony was held in Da Nang, Vietnam on July 30th, and was attended by Chairman Han Sang-woo of KOSPO and Director Nguyen Viet Toan of DISSC, who signed the agreement on behalf of both organizations.
Through this agreement, both parties will strengthen the international cooperation system between Korean and Vietnamese startups and jointly strive to promote the growth and global expansion of startups from both countries.
Key elements of the agreement include: jointly promoting capacity-building programs for innovative entities such as startups, aspiring entrepreneurs, universities, and research institutes; providing educational and training opportunities for entry into the Vietnamese market; supporting business collaboration and joint investment; and promoting exchanges through global startup events (such as COMEUP). Furthermore, both sides plan to continue policy cooperation to foster mutual market access by exchanging policy information and sharing regulatory improvement practices between startups in both countries.
As Korea's largest startup organization, KOSPO will leverage its domestic and international networks to support Korean startups' expansion into Southeast Asia, while DISSC plans to strengthen the global capabilities of local Vietnamese startups, centered in Da Nang.
Han Sang-woo, Chairman of KOSPO, said, “Da Nang, Vietnam is attracting attention as a fast-growing innovation hub in Southeast Asia,” and added, “This agreement will serve as a foundation for Korean and Vietnamese startups to more easily access the market and expand mutual investment and collaboration.”

コスポ、ベトナムダナン市イノベーション創業支援センターと業務協約締結
コリアスタートアップフォーラム（議長ハン・サンウ、以下コスポ）は、ベトナムダナン市イノベーション創業支援センター（Danang Innovation Startup Support Center、以下DISSC）とスタートアップエコシステム発展及び両国間交流活性化のための業務協約（MOU）を締結したと1日明らかにした。
今回の協約式は7月30日、ベトナムのダナンで開かれ、ハン・サンウ・コスポ議長とグヌ・イェン・ビエット・トアンDISSCセンター長が参加し、両機関を代表して協約書に署名した。
両側は今回の協約を通じて韓国とベトナムスタートアップ間の国際協力体系を強化し、両国創業企業の成長及びグローバル進出を促進するために共同の努力を傾ける予定だ。
協約の主な内容には、▲スタートアップ、予備創業者、大学及び研究機関などイノベーション主体対象能力強化プログラムの共同推進 ▲ベトナム進出のための教育及び研修機会提供を通じて相互市場進出のための政策的協力も続ける方針だ。
コスポは国内最大のスタートアップ団体として保有した国内外のネットワークを活用して韓国スタートアップの東南アジア進出を支援し、DISSCはダナン市を中心としたベトナム現地スタートアップのグローバル能力強化を推進する計画だ。
ハン・サンウコスポ議長は「ベトナムダナンは急速に成長する東南アジアのイノベーションハブとして注目されている」とし「今回の条約は韓国とベトナムスタートアップが市場により容易に接近し、相互投資及びコラボレーションを拡大できる基盤になるだろう」と明らかにした。

Cospo与越南岘港市创新创业支持中心签署谅解备忘录
韩国创业论坛（会长韩相宇，以下简称KOSPO） 1日宣布，与越南岘港创新创业支持中心（DISC）签署了谅解备忘录（MOU），旨在促进创业生态系统发展，激发两国交流活力。
签约仪式于7月30日在越南岘港举行，KOSPO会长韩尚宇和DISC主任阮越全出席并代表双方签署协议。
通过该协议，双方将加强韩越初创企业的国际合作体系，共同努力促进两国初创企业的成长和全球扩张。

Cospo signe un protocole d'accord avec le Centre d'innovation et de soutien aux startups de Da Nang au Vietnam
Le Korea Startup Forum (président Sang-Woo Han, ci-après dénommé KOSPO) a annoncé le 1er avoir signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) avec le Danang Innovation Startup Support Center (DISC) au Vietnam pour promouvoir le développement de l'écosystème des startups et revitaliser les échanges entre les deux pays.
La cérémonie de signature a eu lieu à Da Nang, au Vietnam, le 30 juillet, en présence du président Han Sang-woo de KOSPO et du directeur Nguyen Viet Toan de DISSC, qui ont signé l'accord au nom des deux organisations.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux parties renforceront le système de coopération internationale entre les startups coréennes et vietnamiennes et s'efforceront conjointement de promouvoir la croissance et l'expansion mondiale des startups des deux pays.
Les principaux éléments de l'accord comprennent : la promotion conjointe de programmes de renforcement des capacités pour les entités innovantes telles que les startups, les entrepreneurs en herbe, les universités et les instituts de recherche ; la fourniture d'opportunités d'éducation et de formation pour pénétrer le marché vietnamien ; le soutien à la collaboration commerciale et aux investissements conjoints ; et la promotion des échanges par le biais d'événements mondiaux dédiés aux startups (tels que COMEUP). En outre, les deux parties prévoient de poursuivre leur coopération politique afin de favoriser l'accès mutuel au marché par l'échange d'informations politiques et le partage des pratiques d'amélioration réglementaire entre les startups des deux pays.
En tant que plus grande organisation de startups de Corée, KOSPO s'appuiera sur ses réseaux nationaux et internationaux pour soutenir l'expansion des startups coréennes en Asie du Sud-Est, tandis que DISSC prévoit de renforcer les capacités mondiales des startups vietnamiennes locales, centrées à Da Nang.
Han Sang-woo, président de KOSPO, a déclaré : « Da Nang, au Vietnam, attire l'attention en tant que pôle d'innovation à croissance rapide en Asie du Sud-Est », et a ajouté : « Cet accord servira de base aux startups coréennes et vietnamiennes pour accéder plus facilement au marché et élargir les investissements et la collaboration mutuels. »
