주사전자현미경(SEM) 기반 융복합 산업장비 전문기업 ㈜코셈은 지난 7월 미국 유타주 솔트레이크시티에서 열린 현미경 분야 학술 및 산업 전시회 ‘M&M 2025(Microscopy & Microanalysis)’에 참가해 자사 신기술을 공개했다고 1일 밝혔다.
이번 전시회에서 코셈은 SEM 이미지의 깊이 정보를 시각화할 수 있는 3D 이미지 소프트웨어 ‘Deep 3D’를 처음 선보였다. 해당 소프트웨어는 입체적 분석이 요구되는 분야에서의 활용 가능성에 주목받으며 업계 관계자들의 관심을 끌었다는 설명이다.
또한 코셈은 전시회 기간 중 ‘Compact EBSD with Tabletop SEM’을 주제로 ‘Lunch & Learn’ 기술 세션을 운영했다. 해당 세션에서는 코셈이 새롭게 개발한 소형 SEM과 EBSD 통합 솔루션이 소개됐으며, 기술적 실용성과 산업 응용 가능성에 대한 논의가 이어졌다.

Kosem participates in 'M&M 2025'
Cosem Co., Ltd., a company specializing in scanning electron microscope (SEM)-based convergence industrial equipment, announced on the 1st that it participated in the 'M&M 2025 (Microscopy & Microanalysis)', an academic and industrial exhibition in the field of microscopy held in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA in July, and unveiled its new technology.
At this exhibition, Cosem unveiled "Deep 3D," a 3D imaging software capable of visualizing depth information in SEM images. The software attracted the attention of industry insiders, drawing attention for its potential applications in fields requiring three-dimensional analysis.
During the exhibition, COSEM also hosted a "Lunch & Learn" technology session on the topic of "Compact EBSD with Tabletop SEM." The session introduced COSEM's newly developed integrated compact SEM and EBSD solution, followed by a discussion on its technical practicality and potential industrial applications.

Cosem Co., Ltd., une société spécialisée dans les équipements industriels de convergence basés sur le microscope électronique à balayage (MEB), a annoncé le 1er qu'elle participait au « M&M 2025 (Microscopie et microanalyse) », une exposition académique et industrielle dans le domaine de la microscopie qui s'est tenue à Salt Lake City, Utah, États-Unis en juillet, et a dévoilé sa nouvelle technologie.
Lors de ce salon, Cosem a dévoilé « Deep 3D », un logiciel d'imagerie 3D capable de visualiser les informations de profondeur dans les images MEB. Ce logiciel a attiré l'attention des professionnels du secteur, notamment grâce à ses applications potentielles dans les domaines nécessitant une analyse tridimensionnelle.
Durant le salon, COSEM a également organisé un déjeuner-causerie sur le thème de l'EBSD compact avec MEB de table.
