기업 맞춤형 AI 에이전트 개발 전문기업 원더스랩(대표 한의선)은 교육 콘텐츠 전문기업 넥스트러너스(NextRunners)와 실무형 AI 교육 프로그램 공동 개발 및 운영을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 4일 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 생성형 AI 기술과 디지털 실무 역량 교육을 결합한 실용 중심 커리큘럼을 공동 기획하고, 실무형 AI 인재 양성을 위한 교육 생태계 조성에 협력할 예정이다.
넥스트러너스는 창업, 개발, 전환 직무 중심의 실용 교육을 운영해온 에듀테크 기업으로, K-디지털 트레이닝 등 정부 지원 디지털 전환 교육 사업을 다수 수행하고 있다. 원더스랩은 다양한 산업 분야에서 실제 채용되어 업무에 투입되는 AI 에이전트를 개발하고 있으며, 이를 기반으로 실무형 AI 교육 프로그램 ‘원더스쿨(Wonder School)’을 운영 중이다.
이번 협력은 넥스트러너스 측이 원더스랩의 AI 교육 콘텐츠 및 커리큘럼의 전문성을 높이 평가해 제안하면서 성사됐다. 양사는 향후 AI 특강 및 멘토링을 시작으로, 공동 커리큘럼 개발과 교육 프로젝트 공동 운영 등 협력 범위를 단계적으로 확대해 나갈 계획이다.
한의선 원더스랩 대표는 “넥스트러너스는 교육 콘텐츠 기획과 운영 경험이 풍부한 파트너”라며 “협업을 통해 현업에 바로 적용 가능한 실무형 AI 역량 교육을 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
넥스트러너스 관계자는 “AI 시대에 적합한 교육 콘텐츠 수요가 높아지는 가운데, 원더스랩과의 협력은 교육 현장의 실효성을 높이는 데 의미 있는 시도”라며 “양사의 전문성을 결합해 실무 중심의 AI 교육 모델을 구축해 나갈 것”이라고 말했다.

This collaboration was achieved after Nextrunners highly valued Wonders Lab's expertise in AI education content and curriculum, leading to their proposal. The two companies plan to gradually expand their collaboration, starting with AI special lectures and mentoring, and continuing with joint curriculum development and joint operation of educational projects.
