부동산 토큰증권(STO) 플랫폼 ‘소유’를 운영하는 ㈜루센트블록(대표 허세영)이 4일 국토교통부 주최, 국토연구원 주관 ‘2025년 부동산서비스산업 창업경진대회’에서 성장도약 부문 국토교통부장관상을 받았다고 밝혔다.
이번 대회는 부동산 산업 내 혁신 아이디어 발굴과 프롭테크 분야 창업 활성화를 위해 마련됐으며, 전국에서 선발된 20개 팀 중 7개 팀이 도전창업 및 성장도약 부문에서 최종 수상했다.
루센트블록은 공공데이터를 활용해 저평가된 상권을 진단하고, 해당 상권의 건물을 조각 투자 상품화해 지역경제 활성화에 기여한 점이 심사위원들로부터 높은 평가를 받았다.
대상 수상으로 루센트블록은 창업교육, 투자유치 컨설팅 등 맞춤형 멘토링과 함께 국토연구원 및 한국부동산원의 공공데이터 지원, 범정부 공공데이터 활용 창업경진대회 참가 기회, 한국부동산원 서울강남사옥 내 ‘프롭테크빌리지’ 1년 무상 입주 혜택을 받는다.
2018년 설립된 루센트블록은 대전에 본사를 둔 비수도권 최초 금융위원회 혁신금융서비스 사업자로, 부동산을 조각 투자 형태로 거래하는 플랫폼 ‘소유’를 운영 중이다. 현재까지 총 11개 상품을 완판했으며, 지난 7월에는 ‘소유 3호 대전 창업스페이스’ 매각을 완료했다.
허세영 대표는 “이번 수상은 사업 모델의 혁신성과 시장성을 인정받은 결과”라며 “앞으로도 부동산 조각투자의 진입장벽을 낮추고 지역 상권과 연계해 소상공인과 투자자가 함께 성장하는 상생 모델을 확산하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Lucent Block Wins the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award at the 2025 Real Estate Service Industry Startup Competition
Lucent Block Co., Ltd. (CEO Heo Se-young), which operates the real estate token securities (STO) platform ' Soyou ', announced on the 4th that it received the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award in the Growth Leap category at the '2025 Real Estate Service Industry Startup Competition' hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and organized by the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements.
This competition was designed to discover innovative ideas within the real estate industry and stimulate startups in the PropTech sector. Of the 20 teams selected nationwide, seven won awards in the Challenge Startup and Growth Leap categories.
Lucent Block received high praise from the judges for its contribution to revitalizing the local economy by utilizing public data to diagnose undervalued commercial districts and commercializing buildings in those districts as investment products.
As the winner, Lucent Block will receive customized mentoring including entrepreneurship training and investment attraction consulting, public data support from the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements and the Korea Real Estate Board, the opportunity to participate in the government-wide public data utilization startup competition, and one year of free residency in the 'Proptech Village' in the Korea Real Estate Board's Seoul Gangnam office building.
Founded in 2018, Lucent Block, headquartered in Daejeon, is the first Financial Services Commission-designated innovative financial services provider outside the metropolitan area. It operates "Soyou," a platform for trading real estate in piecemeal investments. To date, it has sold out a total of 11 products, and in July, it completed the sale of "Soyou's 3rd Daejeon Startup Space."
CEO Heo Se-young stated, “This award is a recognition of the innovation and marketability of our business model,” and added, “We will continue to lower the entry barriers to real estate piecemeal investment and expand the win-win model where small business owners and investors can grow together by linking with local commercial districts.”

大賞を受賞し、ルーセントブロックは創業教育、投資誘致コンサルティングなどカスタマイズされたメンタリングとともに、国土研究院及び韓国不動産院の公共データ支援、汎政府公共データ活用創業競技大会参加機会、韓国不動産院ソウル江南社屋内「プロップテクビレッジ」1年。

运营房地产代币证券(STO)平台“ Soyou ”的Lucent Block株式会社(代表许世英)4日表示，在由国土交通部主办、韩国人类住区研究所承办的“2025房地产服务行业创业大赛”中，荣获成长飞跃部门的国土交通部长官奖。
本次大赛旨在发掘房地产行业的创新理念，并激励PropTech领域的初创企业。在全国范围内选拔的20支队伍中，有7支队伍在“挑战初创”和“成长飞跃”类别中荣获奖项。
Lucent Block利用公开数据诊断被低估的商业区，并将该区域内的建筑物作为投资产品进行商业化，为振兴地区经济做出了贡献，获得了评委的高度评价。
作为获胜者，Lucent Block 将获得定制指导，包括创业培训和招商咨询、韩国人类住区研究所和韩国房地产委员会的公共数据支持、参加政府范围的公共数据利用创业竞赛的机会，以及在韩国房地产委员会首尔江南办公楼的“Proptech Village”免费居住一年。

Lucent Block remporte le prix du ministre du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports lors du concours 2025 des startups du secteur des services immobiliers
Lucent Block Co., Ltd. (PDG Heo Se-young), qui exploite la plateforme de titres de jetons immobiliers (STO) « Soyou », a annoncé le 4 qu'elle avait reçu le prix du ministre du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports dans la catégorie Growth Leap lors du « Concours de startups du secteur des services immobiliers 2025 » organisé par le ministère du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports et par l'Institut coréen de recherche sur les établissements humains.
Ce concours a été conçu pour découvrir des idées innovantes dans le secteur immobilier et stimuler les startups du secteur PropTech. Parmi les 20 équipes sélectionnées à l'échelle nationale, sept ont remporté des prix dans les catégories Challenge Startup et Growth Leap.
Lucent Block a reçu les éloges des juges pour sa contribution à la revitalisation de l'économie locale en utilisant des données publiques pour diagnostiquer les quartiers commerciaux sous-évalués et en commercialisant des bâtiments dans ces quartiers en tant que produits d'investissement.
