서울시와 서울경제진흥원(SBA, 대표이사 김현우)은 유망 푸드테크 스타트업의 성장을 지원하기 위해 ‘2025 푸드테크 액셀러레이팅 프로그램’ 참가기업을 오는 8월 7일(목)까지 모집한다.
2025 서울창업허브 푸드테크액셀러레이팅 프로그램은 대·중견기업과의 사업화 검증 프로그램 (PoC, Proof of Concept)이 가능한 서울시 소재 창업 7년 미만 (신산업분야 10년 미만) 스타트업 대상으로 모집한다.
서울시는 잠재되어 있는 유망한 푸드테크 기업을 발굴하고 허브 인프라를 활용한 공간, 비즈니스 네트워크, 교육프로그램 등으로 새로운 가치를 창조할 수 있는 발판을 제공하여 푸드테크 기업들의 국내외 시장 진출을 기대하고 있다.
서울창업허브 공덕은 첨단 기술과의 융합을 통한 푸드테크 기술을 보유하고 있는 스타트업을 발굴하고, 대·중견기업과 스타트업 간 기술협력(PoC)을 통해 스타트업에게 성장 기회를 제공하는 ‘푸드테크 액셀러레이팅 프로그램’ 을 지난해부터 운영하고 있다.
금번 사업화 검증 프로그램에 참여하는 대·중견기업은 ▲농심(펫 헬스케어) ▲유한킴벌리(여성건강) ▲팜에이트(스마트팜) ▲ CJENM(헬스케어) ▲CJ제일제당(펫헬스케어) ▲GS리테일(브랜드&테크) 총 6개 기업이다.
각 수요기업(대·중견 기업)이 원하는 수요과제와 맞는 기술을 찾을 예정이며, 최종 선정된 15개 기업 대상으로 NDA(비밀유지계약서) 또는 MOU(업무협약서)를 통해 기술을 검증할 예정이다.
본 프로그램에 선정된 기업은 스타트업의 자립화를 위해 ▲BM진단 ▲사업화 지원금 ▲푸드테크 산업 트렌드 세미나 ▲전문컨설팅 및 투자유치를 위한 맞춤형 성장·보육 프로그램을 지원 받게 된다. 또한 운영사인 탭엔젤파트너스도 최근 선정된 농식품 모태펀드 재원을 활용하여, 우수 기업 대상 직접 투자와 TIPS 추천 등을 적극 지원할 계획이다.
서울창업허브 공덕 ‘푸드테크 액셀러레이팅 프로그램 ’은 서울시 소재 7년미만의 식품산업과 정보기술관련(ICT) 분야가 융합해 생성된 기술을 보유한 창업기업이 신청할 수 있으며, 총 15개 기업을 선발 할 예정이다. 세부일정 및 선발기준 등 자세한 사항은 스타트업플러스 (startup-plus.kr)에서 확인 할 수 있다.
김종우 서울경제진흥원 창업본부본부장은 “서울창업허브 공덕 키친인큐베이터에서는 외식창업을 준비하고 있는 예비 창업자 대상으로 다양한 지원프로그램을 운영중이지만, 이외에도 새로운 시장을 창출하고, 식품 산업의 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 푸드테크 분야의 지원을 다양화하고 기술력 및 성장성이 높은 푸드테크 스타트업 발굴이 중요하다.” 며 “잠재 되어있는 첨단기술 보유기업의 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다” 고 전했다.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency (SBA, CEO Kim Hyun-woo) are recruiting participants for the '2025 Food Tech Accelerating Program' until Thursday, August 7 to support the growth of promising food tech startups.
The 2025 Seoul Startup Hub Food Tech Accelerating Program is open to startups located in Seoul that have been established for less than 7 years (less than 10 years in new industries) and are eligible for a Proof of Concept (PoC) program with large and medium-sized enterprises.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government is seeking to discover promising food tech companies and provide a foundation for creating new value through hub infrastructure, business networks, and educational programs, thereby encouraging food tech companies to enter domestic and international markets.
Since last year, Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok has been operating the 'Food Tech Accelerating Program' to discover startups that possess food tech technologies through convergence with cutting-edge technologies and provide growth opportunities to startups through technology collaboration (PoC) between large and medium-sized companies and startups.
The six large and medium-sized companies participating in this commercialization verification program are ▲Nongshim (pet healthcare) ▲Yuhan Kimberly (women's health) ▲Pharm8 (smart farm) ▲CJ ENM (healthcare) ▲CJ CheilJedang (pet healthcare) ▲GS Retail (brand & tech).
We plan to find technologies that match the needs of each demand company (large and medium-sized companies), and verify the technologies of the 15 companies that are finally selected through NDA (non-disclosure agreement) or MOU (memorandum of understanding).
Companies selected for this program will receive support to achieve startup independence, including: business model assessments; commercialization grants; food tech industry trend seminars; and specialized consulting and investment attraction. Furthermore, Tap Angel Partners, the operator, plans to actively support outstanding companies through direct investments and TIPS recommendations, utilizing funds from the recently selected Agricultural and Food Industry Mother Fund.
The Seoul Startup Hub's Gongdeok "FoodTech Accelerator Program" is open to startups based in Seoul that are less than seven years old and possess technologies that converge the food industry and information technology (ICT). 2025ソウル創業ハブフードテックアクセラレーティングプログラムは、大・中堅企業との事業化検証プログラム（PoC、Proof of Concept）が可能なソウル市の創業7年未満（新産業分野10年未満）スタートアップ対象として募集する。
ソウル市は潜在している有望なフードテック企業を発掘し、ハブインフラを活用した空間、ビジネスネットワーク、教育プログラムなどで新たな価値を創造できる足場を提供し、フードテック企業の国内外市場進出を期待している。
ソウル創業ハブ公徳は、先端技術との融合を通じたフードテク技術を保有しているスタートアップを発掘し、大・中堅企業とスタートアップ間の技術協力（PoC）を通じてスタートアップに成長機会を提供する「フードテックアクセラレーティングプログラム」を昨年から運営している。
今回の事業化検証プログラムに参加する大・中堅企業は▲農心（ペットヘルスケア）▲有限キンバリー（女性健康）▲パームエート（スマートファーム）▲CJENM（ヘルスケア）▲CJ第一製糖（ペットヘルスケア）▲GSリテール（ブランド＆テック）計6個
各需要企業（大・中堅企業）が望む需要課題と合う技術を探す予定であり、最終選定された15社の対象としてNDA（秘密保持契約書）またはMOU（業務協約書）を通じて技術を検証する予定だ。
本プログラムに選ばれた企業は、スタートアップの自立化のために▲BM診断▲事業化支援金▲フードテック産業トレンドセミナー▲専門コンサルティング及び投資誘致のためのオーダーメード型の成長・保育プログラムを支援されることになる。また、運営会社のタップエンジェルパートナーズも最近選ばれた農食品モテファンド財源を活用し、優秀企業対象直接投資とTIPS推薦などを積極的に支援する計画だ。

Le programme d'accélération des technologies alimentaires 2025 du Seoul Startup Hub est ouvert aux startups situées à Séoul qui sont établies depuis moins de 7 ans (moins de 10 ans dans de nouvelles industries) et sont éligibles à un programme de preuve de concept (PoC) avec des grandes et moyennes entreprises.
Le gouvernement métropolitain de Séoul cherche à découvrir des entreprises de technologie alimentaire prometteuses et à fournir une base pour créer une nouvelle valeur grâce à des infrastructures de pôle, des réseaux d'affaires et des programmes éducatifs, encourageant ainsi les entreprises de technologie alimentaire à pénétrer les marchés nationaux et internationaux.
Depuis l'année dernière, Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok gère le « Food Tech Accelerating Program » pour découvrir les startups qui possèdent des technologies alimentaires grâce à la convergence avec des technologies de pointe et offrir des opportunités de croissance aux startups grâce à la collaboration technologique (PoC) entre les grandes et moyennes entreprises et les startups.

De plus, Tap Angel Partners, l'opérateur, prévoit de soutenir activement les entreprises d'excellence par des investissements directs et des recommandations TIPS, grâce aux fonds du Fonds-mère de l'industrie agricole et alimentaire récemment sélectionné.
Le programme d'accélération FoodTech Gongdeok du Seoul Startup Hub est ouvert aux startups basées à Séoul, créées il y a moins de sept ans et dotées de technologies à la croisée de l'industrie agroalimentaire et des technologies de l'information (TIC).
