클라우드 컴퓨팅 및 디지털전환 전문 기업 이노그리드(대표 김명진)는 과학기술정보통신부와 정보통신산업진흥원(NIPA)이 주관하는 ‘2025년 SaaS 전환 컨설팅 지원사업’의 공급기업으로 최종 선정됐다고 5일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 기존 온프레미스(구축형) 소프트웨어를 보유한 SW 기업을 대상으로 SaaS 전환 컨설팅을 제공해 클라우드 시장에서 기업 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 추진됐다.
이노그리드는 2020년부터 국내 공공기관 클라우드 전환 프로젝트를 수행해 왔으며, 경북도청, 화성시, 부산광역시, 울산광역시 등 다양한 산업군에서 MSA 설계, 멀티클라우드 아키텍처 구축 등 경험을 쌓았다. 이번 선정은 이노그리드가 제출한 컨설팅 프로세스의 체계성과 수요기업 맞춤형 전환 전략, 안정적인 기술 인프라 등이 높은 평가를 받은 결과다.
이노그리드는 앞으로 매칭된 SaaS 전환 수요기업을 대상으로 기업 환경 분석, 비즈니스 모델 수립, 서비스 아키텍처 설계 등 SaaS 전환 전반에 걸쳐 컨설팅을 제공할 예정이다. 수요기업의 기존 비즈니스 모델을 9가지 주요 요소로 분석한 후 확장 가능하고 유연한 SaaS 비즈니스 모델을 설계하며, 애플리케이션 개발 및 운영 현황을 진단해 멀티테넌시, MSA, 클라우드 네이티브 등 다양한 SaaS 아키텍처에 대한 기술 컨설팅도 지원한다.
김명진 이노그리드 대표는 “이번 선정은 기술과 비즈니스 양측면에서 실질적인 전환 가이드를 제공해 온 역량을 인정받은 결과”라며 “SaaS 전환에 어려움을 겪는 기업들에게 전략과 실행 방안을 제공해 글로벌 SaaS 경쟁력 확보를 위해 최선을 다할 것”이라고 말했다.

Innogrid Selected as Supplier for the 2025 SaaS Conversion Consulting Support Project
Innogrid (CEO Myungjin Kim) , a cloud computing and digital transformation specialist, announced on the 5th that it was finally selected as a supplier for the '2025 SaaS Transformation Consulting Support Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).
This project was launched to provide SaaS conversion consulting to SW companies with existing on-premise software to strengthen their competitiveness in the cloud market.
Innogrid has been implementing cloud migration projects for domestic public institutions since 2020, accumulating experience in MSA design and multi-cloud architecture construction across diverse industries, including the Gyeongbuk Provincial Government, Hwaseong City, Busan Metropolitan City, and Ulsan Metropolitan City. This selection is a result of Innogrid's highly regarded systemic consulting process, customized migration strategies for demanding companies, and stable technological infrastructure.
Going forward, Innogrid will provide consulting services across the entire SaaS transition process, including corporate environment analysis, business model development, and service architecture design, to matched companies seeking SaaS conversion. After analyzing the company's existing business model into nine key elements, Innogrid designs a scalable and flexible SaaS business model. Furthermore, Innogrid will assess the application development and operation status and provide technical consulting on various SaaS architectures, including multi-tenancy, MSA, and cloud native.

Innogrid sélectionné comme fournisseur pour le projet de conseil et d'accompagnement à la conversion SaaS 2025
Innogrid (PDG Myungjin Kim) , spécialiste du cloud computing et de la transformation numérique, a annoncé le 5 qu'il avait finalement été sélectionné comme fournisseur pour le « Projet de soutien au conseil en transformation SaaS 2025 » organisé par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et l'Agence nationale de promotion de l'industrie informatique (NIPA).
Ce projet a été lancé pour fournir des conseils de conversion SaaS aux entreprises de logiciels disposant de logiciels sur site existants afin de renforcer leur compétitivité sur le marché du cloud.
Innogrid met en œuvre des projets de migration cloud pour des institutions publiques nationales depuis 2020, cumulant une expérience en conception d'architectures multicloud et en construction d'architectures multicloud dans divers secteurs, notamment au sein du gouvernement provincial de Gyeongbuk, des villes de Hwaseong, de Busan et d'Ulsan. Cette sélection est le fruit de la solide expertise d'Innogrid en matière de conseil systémique, de stratégies de migration sur mesure pour les entreprises exigeantes et d'une infrastructure technologique stable.
À l'avenir, Innogrid fournira des services de conseil tout au long du processus de transition SaaS, incluant l'analyse de l'environnement d'entreprise, le développement du modèle économique et la conception de l'architecture de services, aux entreprises concernées souhaitant se convertir au SaaS.
