클라우드 기반 SIEM(보안 정보 이벤트 관리) 전문 기업 로그프레소(대표 양봉열)는 대만의 AI 사이버 보안 기업 사이크래프트 테크놀로지(CyCraft Technology, 대표 벤슨 우)와 전략적 파트너십에 관한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 7일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 한국과 대만 간 사이버 보안 기업 간 최초의 공식 협력 사례로, 아시아 사이버 보안 시장 공동 진출을 위한 본격적인 행보로 평가된다.
사이크래프트는 AI 기반 자율 위협 노출 관리 플랫폼 ‘XCockpit’을 비롯해 최근에는 LLM(대규모 언어 모델) 보안 솔루션 ‘XecGuard’를 출시하며 기술력을 인정받고 있는 대만의 보안 스타트업이다. 현재 대만 및 일본 시장을 중심으로 사업을 확대 중이다.
양사는 이번 협력을 통해 ▲AI 기반 위협 탐지 기술과 보안 운영 자동화 플랫폼의 통합 ▲아시아 시장 공동 영업 및 기술 협력 ▲일본 시장을 타깃으로 한 XDR(확장형 탐지 및 대응) 패키지 공동 개발·공급 등을 추진한다는 계획이다.
특히, 일본 시장은 디지털 전환과 클라우드 보안 수요가 빠르게 증가하고 있는 지역으로, 양사는 이를 전략적 우선 지역으로 선정해 공동 진출할 방침이다. 이번 파트너십은 양사가 각각의 실전 대응 경험과 기술 자산을 바탕으로 고도화된 위협 탐지 및 대응 체계를 아시아 시장에 제공하는 데 초점을 맞춘다.
사이크래프트의 CEO 벤슨 우는 “대만 정부의 지원을 바탕으로 성장한 사이크래프트와 한국의 보안 기업 로그프레소 간 협력은, 동아시아 지역에 자동화된 사이버 보안 대응 체계를 확산하는 계기가 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.
공동 창립자이자 최고정보보호책임자(CISO)인 P.K. 충은 “이번 파트너십은 사이크래프트가 한국 기업과 맺는 첫 협력 사례로, 일본 진출의 발판이자 아시아 시장 확대의 출발점”이라고 말했다.
양봉열 로그프레소 대표는 “이번 MOU는 기술 협력을 넘어 아시아 내 보안 협력 체계를 심화하는 중요한 단계”라며 “사이크래프트의 AI 기반 탐지·포렌식 기술과 로그프레소의 보안 운영 플랫폼을 결합해, 고도화된 대응 체계를 한국 시장에 적용하고, 공동 기술 기반의 XDR 솔루션을 일본 시장에 공급할 계획”이라고 설명했다.

Logpresso Signs MOU with Cycraft Technologies
Logpresso (CEO Yang Bong-yeol), a cloud-based SIEM (Security Information Event Management) company, announced on the 7th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) regarding a strategic partnership with Taiwanese AI cybersecurity company CyCraft Technology (CEO Benson Wu).
This agreement marks the first official collaboration between cybersecurity companies from Korea and Taiwan, and is seen as a significant step toward joint advancement into the Asian cybersecurity market.
Cycraft is a Taiwanese security startup recognized for its technological prowess, including its AI-based autonomous threat exposure management platform, XCockpit, and its recent LLM (Large-Scale Language Model) security solution, XecGuard. It is currently expanding its business, focusing on the Taiwanese and Japanese markets.
Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to pursue ▲integration of AI-based threat detection technology and security operation automation platform ▲joint sales and technical cooperation in the Asian market ▲joint development and supply of XDR (extensible detection and response) package targeting the Japanese market.
In particular, the Japanese market is experiencing rapid growth in digital transformation and demand for cloud security. The two companies have identified this as a strategic priority and plan to jointly enter the market. This partnership will focus on providing advanced threat detection and response systems to the Asian market, leveraging each company's respective field experience and technological assets.
“The collaboration between Cycraft, which has grown with the support of the Taiwanese government, and Korean security company Logpresso will serve as an opportunity to expand the automated cybersecurity response system in East Asia,” said Benson Wu, CEO of Cycraft.
“This partnership marks Cycraft’s first collaboration with a Korean company, serving as a springboard for our expansion into the Japanese market and a starting point for our expansion into the Asian market,” said PK Chung, co-founder and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Yang Bong-yeol, CEO of Logpresso, said, “This MOU is an important step that goes beyond technological cooperation and deepens the security cooperation system within Asia.” He explained, “By combining Cycraft’s AI-based detection and forensics technology with Logpresso’s security operation platform, we plan to apply an advanced response system to the Korean market and supply an XDR solution based on joint technology to the Japanese market.”

Logpresso (PDG Yang Bong-yeol), une société SIEM (Security Information Event Management) basée sur le cloud, a annoncé le 7 avoir signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) concernant un partenariat stratégique avec la société taïwanaise de cybersécurité IA CyCraft Technology (PDG Benson Wu).
Cet accord marque la première collaboration officielle entre des sociétés de cybersécurité de Corée et de Taïwan, et est considéré comme une étape importante vers une avancée conjointe sur le marché asiatique de la cybersécurité.
Cycraft est une start-up taïwanaise spécialisée dans la sécurité, reconnue pour ses prouesses technologiques, notamment sa plateforme autonome de gestion des menaces basée sur l'IA, XCockpit, et sa récente solution de sécurité LLM (Large-Scale Language Model), XecGuard.
