두나무의 투자 전문 자회사인 두나무앤파트너스가 AI 기반 B2B 멘탈 헬스케어 플랫폼을 운영하는 ㈜유쾌한프로젝트(대표 홍주열)에 후속 투자를 진행했다고 8일 밝혔다. 이번 투자는 두나무앤파트너스가 2024년 첫 투자를 단행한 데 이어 연속으로 리드한 후속 투자다.
유쾌한프로젝트는 정신과 전문의들과 공동 개발한 AI 멀티모달 분석 기술 ‘FAV(Face & Voice)’를 기반으로, 기업 임직원의 영상, 음성, 눈동자 움직임 등 다양한 비언어 신호를 AI로 통합 분석해 1분 내에 불안, 우울, 스트레스 상태를 파악하는 솔루션을 제공한다. 이 기술은 약 80%에 달하는 멘탈 상태 탐지 정확도를 기록하고 있다.
동사는 더존비즈온 ERP 시스템 ‘옴니이솔’에 FAV 기술을 연동해 임직원 멘탈 컨디션 관리를 지원하며, SK그룹 복지 총괄기관인 행복날개수련원과 협력해 그룹사 임직원을 대상으로 맞춤형 멘탈 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하는 등 현재 국내 128개 기업에 서비스를 공급 중이다. 또한 DB생명, KB생명 등 주요 보험사와 협업해 시니어 대상 AI 멘탈케어 서비스도 제공하며, SK텔레콤과 함께 사회불안장애 진단 기술 고도화 작업도 진행하고 있다. 이 외에도 스트레스 케어 음료, 정기구독 차, 수면 관리, 힐링 음악, 아로마 향기 등 다양한 제휴 솔루션을 보유하고 있다.
두나무앤파트너스는 유쾌한프로젝트가 실사용자 중심의 빠른 실행력과 연이은 계약 성과를 통해 성장 가능성을 입증했으며, 창업자인 홍주열 대표가 밀키트 스타트업 ‘테이스티나인’을 성공적으로 매각한 경험과 추진력을 갖춘 점을 높이 평가해 후속 투자를 결정했다고 설명했다.

It also collaborates with SK Group's welfare center, Happy Wings Training Center, to provide customized mental healthcare services to employees of group companies. Currently, the company provides services to 128 companies in Korea. Furthermore, it collaborates with major insurance companies, including DB Life and KB Life, to provide AI-based mental care services for seniors and is working with SK Telecom to advance its social anxiety disorder diagnosis technology. Furthermore, the company offers a variety of partner solutions, including stress relief drinks, subscription teas, sleep management, healing music, and aromatherapy scents.
Dunamu & Partners explained that they decided to make a follow-up investment because they highly valued the fact that the cheerful project has proven its growth potential through its rapid execution centered on actual users and its successive contract results, and that the founder, CEO Hong Joo-yeol, has the experience and drive to successfully sell the meal kit startup 'Tasty Nine'.
