(재)강원창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 이해정, 이하 ‘강원혁신센터’)는 자사 투자기업 5개사가 중소벤처기업부의 프리팁스(Pre-TIPS) 및 팁스(TIPS) 프로그램에 최종 선정됐다고 12일 밝혔다.
이번에 선정된 기업은 ▲프리팁스: ㈜어나더닥터, ㈜파로텍 ▲팁스: ㈜코넥시, ㈜바이오바이츠, ㈜사운드엣 등 총 5개사다. 이들은 모두 강원혁신센터가 운용하는 ‘강원혁신창업1호 투자조합’의 시드(Seed) 투자 기업으로, 투자 이후에도 다양한 후속 지원을 받아왔다.
프리팁스는 비수도권의 유망 초기 창업기업을 발굴해 팁스 연계의 디딤돌 역할을 하는 창업 지원 프로그램이다. 팁스는 민간 투자사와 정부가 공동으로 유망 기술 스타트업을 집중 육성하는 사업으로, 선정 기업에는 2년 동안 기술개발자금 5억 원, 사업화 및 해외 마케팅 지원금 3억 원 등 최대 8억 원 규모의 지원이 제공된다.
㈜어나더닥터와 ㈜파로텍은 강원혁신센터의 추천을 통해 프리팁스에, ㈜바이오바이츠와 ㈜사운드엣은 각각 킹슬리벤처스, 국민대학교기술지주의 추천으로 팁스에 최종 선정됐다.
㈜어나더닥터(대표 정창희)는 ‘창업BuS 화요IR 피칭데이’를 통해 발굴된 기업으로, AI 기반 치아색상 정규화 및 자동 색상 매칭 솔루션 ‘T-GRID’를 개발하고 있다. ㈜파로텍(대표 박철재)은 ‘강원브릿지 배치프로그램’을 통해 발굴된 기업으로, 특수목적차량 전기차 개조 플랫폼을 개발 중이다. ㈜코넥시(대표 최영일)는 ‘창업BuS 화요IR 피칭데이’ 발굴기업으로, IPFS 기술 기반의 분산형 데이터 스토리지 서비스를 개발 중이다.
㈜바이오바이츠(대표 이정우)는 ‘2025년 G-스타트업 초기창업지원사업’을 통해 발굴된 기업으로, 노년층 근감소증 종합관리 문진 서비스를 개발, 강원 지역 병의원을 중심으로 데이터 수집 중이며 향후 제약사 대상 데이터 판매와 10억원 규모 후속투자를 추진하고 있다.
㈜사운드엣(대표 신용섭)은 ‘2020년 G-스타트업 챌린지’로 발굴된 기업으로, 사업전환(피벗)을 거쳐 음원기획자를 위한 음원 유통 데이터 플랫폼을 운영하며, 시범(베타) 서비스 기간 유료 고객 확보 및 개념검증(PoC)에 성공했다.
5개 기업 모두 올해부터 운영 중인 창업BuS 프로그램을 거쳤다. 강원혁신센터는 창업BuS를 통해 지역 창업기업에 대한 빠른 투자는 물론, 프리팁스·팁스 연계를 통해 기술기반 기업의 빠른 성장을 지원하고 있다.
이해정 강원혁신센터 대표이사는 “5개사 모두 센터가 조기에 발굴·투자한 우수 창업기업으로, 시드투자를 통해 큰 성장을 이룰 수 있었다”며 “앞으로도 강원지역의 벤처빌더로서 초기 창업기업의 투자와 육성에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Gangwon Innovation Center Investment Firms Select Two Free Tips Companies and Three TIPS Companies
The Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Hae-Jeong Lee, hereinafter referred to as the “Gangwon Innovation Center”) announced on the 12th that five of its investment companies were finally selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ Pre-TIPS and TIPS programs.
The five companies selected this time are ▲Freetips: Another Doctor Co., Ltd., Parotech Co., Ltd. ▲Tips: Conexi Co., Ltd., Biobits Co., Ltd., and Soundet Co., Ltd. All received seed investment from the "Gangwon Innovation Startup 1st Investment Fund," operated by the Gangwon Innovation Center, and have received various follow-up support since their investment.
Free Tips is a startup support program that identifies promising early-stage startups outside the metropolitan area and serves as a stepping stone for TIPS collaboration. TIPS is a joint project between private investment firms and the government to intensively nurture promising technology startups. Selected companies will receive up to KRW 800 million in support, including KRW 500 million in technology development funding and KRW 300 million in support for commercialization and overseas marketing over two years.
Another Doctor Co., Ltd. and Parotech Co., Ltd. were selected for Freetips through recommendations from the Gangwon Innovation Center, while Biobits Co., Ltd. and Soundet Co., Ltd. were selected for TIPS through recommendations from Kingsley Ventures and Kookmin University Technology Holdings, respectively.
Another Doctor Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeong Chang-hee), a company discovered through the "StartupBuS Tuesday IR Pitching Day," is developing "T-GRID," an AI-based tooth color normalization and automatic color matching solution. Parotech Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Cheol-jae), a company discovered through the "Gangwon Bridge Deployment Program," is developing a platform for retrofitting electric vehicles for special-purpose vehicles. Conexi Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Young-il), also discovered through the "StartupBuS Tuesday IR Pitching Day," is developing a distributed data storage service based on IPFS technology.
Biobits Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Jeong-woo) is a company discovered through the '2025 G-Startup Early Startup Support Project'. It is developing a comprehensive management questionnaire service for sarcopenia in the elderly and is currently collecting data mainly from hospitals in the Gangwon region. It is also pursuing data sales to pharmaceutical companies and follow-up investments of 1 billion won in the future.
Soundet Co., Ltd. (CEO Shin Yong-seop) is a company discovered through the '2020 G-Startup Challenge'. After a business pivot, it operates a music distribution data platform for music planners and succeeded in securing paying customers and proof of concept (PoC) during the pilot (beta) service period.
All five companies have participated in the StartupBuS program, which has been in operation since this year. Through the StartupBuS program, the Gangwon Innovation Center not only provides rapid investment in local startups but also supports the rapid growth of technology-based companies through its FreeTips and TIPS partnerships.
Lee Hae-jeong, CEO of the Gangwon Innovation Center, said, “All five companies are excellent startups that the center discovered and invested in early on, and they were able to achieve significant growth through seed investment.” He added, “As a venture builder in the Gangwon region, we will continue to do our best to invest in and nurture early-stage startups.”

江原革新センター投資企業、プリチップス2社・ティップス3社最終選定
（財）江原創造経済革新センター（代表取締役理解政、以下「江原革新センター」）は、自社投資企業5社が中小ベンチャー企業部のプリティップス(Pre-TIPS)およびティップス(TIPS)プログラムに最終選定されたと12日明らかにした。

プリティップスは非首都圏の有望初期創業企業を発掘し、ティップス連携の踏み石の役割をする創業支援プログラムだ。ティップスは民間投資会社と政府が共同で有望技術スタートアップを集中育成する事業であり、選定企業には2年間の技術開発資金5億ウォン、事業化および海外マーケティング支援金3億ウォンなど最大8億ウォン規模の支援が提供される。
㈱アナザドクターと㈱パロテックは江原革新センターの推薦を通じてプリチップスに、㈱バイオバイツと㈱サウンドエットはそれぞれキングスリベンチャーズ、国民大学技術持株の推薦でティップスに最終選定された。
㈱アナザドクター（代表チョン・チャンヒ）は「創業BuSファヨIRピッチングデー」を通じて発掘された企業で、AIベースの歯色正規化および自動カラーマッチングソリューション「T-GRID」を開発している。 (株)パロテック(代表パク・チョルジェ)は「江原橋配備プログラム」を通じて発掘された企業で、特殊目的車両電気自動車改造プラットフォームを開発中だ。 (株)コネキシ(代表チェ・ヨンイル)は「創業BuSファヨIRピッチデー」発掘企業で、IPFS技術基盤の分散型データストレージサービスを開発中だ。
㈱バイオバイツ(代表イ・ジョンウ)は「2025年G-スタートアップ初期創業支援事業」を通じて発掘された企業で、老年層筋減少症総合管理問診サービスを開発、江原地域病院を中心にデータ収集中であり、今後製薬会社対象データ販売と10億ウォン規模後続投資を。
(株)サウンドエット(代表信用摂)は「2020年G-スタートアップチャレンジ」として発掘された企業で、事業転換(ピボット)を経て音源企画者のための音源流通データプラットフォームを運営し、デモ(ベータ)サービス期間有料顧客確保及び概念検証(PoC)に成功した。
5社とも今年から運営中の創業BuSプログラムを経た。江原革新センターは創業BuSを通じて地域創業企業への迅速な投資はもちろん、プリチップス・チップス連携を通じて技術基盤企業の急速な成長を支援している。

Le Centre d’innovation de l’économie créative de Gangwon (PDG Hae-Jeong Lee, ci-après dénommé « Centre d’innovation de Gangwon ») a annoncé le 12 que cinq de ses sociétés d’investissement avaient finalement été sélectionnées pour les programmes Pre-TIPS et TIPS du ministère des PME et des Startups.

Free Tips est un programme d'accompagnement de startups qui repère les jeunes entreprises prometteuses en dehors des grandes métropoles et sert de tremplin pour la collaboration avec TIPS. TIPS est un projet conjoint entre des sociétés d'investissement privées et le gouvernement visant à soutenir activement les startups technologiques prometteuses. Les entreprises sélectionnées recevront jusqu'à 800 millions de wons (KRW) d'aide, dont 500 millions de KRW pour le développement technologique et 300 millions de KRW pour la commercialisation et le marketing à l'international, sur une période de deux ans.

Après une réorientation stratégique, elle exploite une plateforme de données de distribution musicale destinée aux programmateurs et a réussi à fidéliser des clients payants et à valider son concept lors de la phase pilote (bêta).
Les cinq entreprises ont participé au programme StartupBuS, en vigueur depuis cette année. Grâce à ce programme, le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon investit rapidement dans les jeunes pousses locales et soutient la croissance rapide des entreprises technologiques via ses partenariats FreeTips et TIPS.
Lee Hae-jeong, PDG du Centre d'innovation de Gangwon, a déclaré : « Ces cinq entreprises sont d'excellentes start-ups que le centre a repérées et dans lesquelles il a investi dès leurs débuts. Grâce à cet investissement initial, elles ont connu une croissance remarquable. » Il a ajouté : « En tant qu'incubateur de start-ups dans la région de Gangwon, nous continuerons à tout mettre en œuvre pour investir dans les jeunes entreprises et les accompagner dans leur développement. »
