클라우드 컴퓨팅 및 디지털 전환(DT) 전문 기업 이노그리드(대표 김명진)는 건강보험심사평가원(원장 강중구, 이하 심사평가원)의 ‘HIRA 빅데이터개방시스템 고도화를 위한 ISMP 컨설팅’ 사업을 단독으로 수주하고 본격적인 사업에 착수했다고 12일 밝혔다. 이번 사업의 총 사업비는 약 5억 8천만 원 규모다.
심사평가원의 빅데이터개방시스템은 방대한 보건의료 데이터를 외부 기관과 안전하게 공유하기 위한 핵심 인프라로, 데이터 수요 증가와 서비스 고도화 요구에 따라 클라우드 기반의 안정적이고 유연한 시스템 재편이 필요하다는 평가를 받아왔다.
이번 컨설팅은 단순한 시스템 개선을 넘어, 클라우드 네이티브 아키텍처를 기반으로 전면적인 구조 재설계를 목표로 하며, 장기적으로는 AI 기반 지능형 분석 플랫폼으로의 발전 가능성까지 고려한 전략 수립이 포함된다.
이노그리드는 단독 사업자로서 최근 착수보고회를 마쳤으며, 향후 ▲클라우드 전환 및 인프라 설계 ▲예산 및 일정 계획 수립 ▲업무 및 시스템 분석 ▲사용자 의견 수렴 등을 포함한 마스터플랜을 수립할 예정이다.
회사 측은 이번 사업을 통해 심사평가원의 의료 데이터 시스템 전환을 지원함으로써, 공공 의료 빅데이터의 클라우드 전환을 주도하고 구조적 혁신을 이끌 수 있는 기반을 마련할 계획이다.
한편, 이노그리드는 경북도청, 충북도청, 대구광역시, 울산광역시, 강원특별자치도청 등 지방자치단체와 전남대학교, 충북대학교, 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS) 등 공공기관의 클라우드 전환 컨설팅 경험을 보유하고 있으며, 이번 사업을 통해 의료 데이터 분야로 그 역량을 확장하게 됐다.
이노그리드는 이번 프로젝트를 통해 현재 시스템의 비효율적 운영 구조를 개선하고, 개방포털 사용자와 데이터 분석 수요자의 요구를 반영해 서비스 품질과 운영 효율을 동시에 높일 계획이다.
김명진 대표는 “이번 사업은 공공 보건의료 데이터 활용의 방향성을 제시하는 사례가 될 것”이라며, “심사평가원의 미래 지향적 의료 데이터 생태계 조성을 위해 기술적, 전략적 지원을 지속하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Innogrid Wins ISMP Consulting Contract for HIRA Big Data Open System Enhancement
Innogrid (CEO Myung-jin Kim), a cloud computing and digital transformation (DT) specialist, announced on the 12th that it has exclusively won the contract for the "ISMP Consulting for Advancing the HIRA Big Data Open System" project from the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA, President Jung-gu Kang, hereinafter referred to as HIRA) and has commenced full-scale operations. The total project cost is approximately 580 million won.
The Korea Health Industry Development Institute's (KHIDI) Big Data Open System is a core infrastructure for safely sharing massive amounts of healthcare data with external organizations. Given the growing demand for data and the need for advanced services, it has been assessed that a stable and flexible cloud-based system needs to be reorganized.
This consulting project goes beyond simple system improvements and aims for a comprehensive redesign of the structure based on a cloud-native architecture. It also includes strategic planning that considers the potential for long-term development into an AI-based intelligent analytics platform.
As a sole proprietor, Innogrid recently completed its commencement report and plans to establish a master plan that includes ▲cloud conversion and infrastructure design ▲budget and schedule planning ▲business and system analysis ▲user feedback collection.
Through this project, the company plans to support the transition of the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service's medical data system, thereby laying the foundation for leading the transition of public health big data to the cloud and driving structural innovation.
Meanwhile, Innogrid has experience in cloud conversion consulting for local governments such as Gyeongbuk Provincial Office, Chungbuk Provincial Office, Daegu Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, as well as public institutions such as Chonnam National University, Chungbuk National University, and Korea Education and Research Information Service (KERIS), and through this project, it has expanded its capabilities into the medical data field.
Through this project, Innogrid plans to improve the inefficient operational structure of the current system and simultaneously enhance service quality and operational efficiency by reflecting the needs of open portal users and data analysis demanders.
CEO Kim Myeong-jin stated, “This project will serve as a case study that suggests the direction of public health and medical data utilization,” and added, “We will continue to provide technical and strategic support to foster a future-oriented medical data ecosystem at the Health and Welfare Service.”

Innogrid (PDG : Myung-jin Kim), spécialiste du cloud computing et de la transformation numérique, a annoncé le 12 septembre avoir remporté l’exclusivité du contrat pour le projet « Consulting ISMP pour le développement du système ouvert de mégadonnées de l’HIRA » auprès du Service d’évaluation et de contrôle de l’assurance maladie (HIRA, présidé par Jung-gu Kang, ci-après dénommé HIRA) et avoir immédiatement démarré ses activités. Le coût total du projet s’élève à environ 580 millions de wons.
Le système ouvert de mégadonnées de l'Institut coréen de développement de l'industrie de la santé (KHIDI) constitue une infrastructure essentielle pour le partage sécurisé de volumes massifs de données de santé avec des organismes externes. Face à la demande croissante de données et au besoin de services avancés, il a été jugé nécessaire de repenser le système afin de le rendre plus stable et flexible grâce à une architecture basée sur le cloud.
Ce projet de conseil dépasse le cadre de simples améliorations du système et vise une refonte complète de la structure, basée sur une architecture native du cloud. Il comprend également une planification stratégique qui prend en compte le potentiel de développement à long terme vers une plateforme d'analyse intelligente basée sur l'IA.
En tant qu'entreprise individuelle, Innogrid a récemment achevé son rapport de démarrage et prévoit d'établir un plan directeur qui comprend ▲la conversion au cloud et la conception de l'infrastructure ▲la planification du budget et du calendrier ▲l'analyse des activités et du système ▲la collecte des commentaires des utilisateurs.
Grâce à ce projet, l'entreprise prévoit de soutenir la transition du système de données médicales du Service d'évaluation et de révision de l'assurance maladie, jetant ainsi les bases pour piloter la transition des mégadonnées de santé publique vers le cloud et stimuler l'innovation structurelle.

Grâce à ce projet, Innogrid prévoit d'améliorer la structure opérationnelle inefficace du système actuel et d'améliorer simultanément la qualité du service et l'efficacité opérationnelle en tenant compte des besoins des utilisateurs du portail ouvert et des demandeurs d'analyse de données.
