
Artificial intelligence (AI) startup Wadle Co., Ltd. (CEO Ji-hyeok Park) announced on the 18th that it has signed a contract to supply its conversational AI agent solution, "Gentoo," to Agabang & Company Co., Ltd. (CEO Sang-guk Shin), a company specializing in children's clothing and supplies. Through this contract, the two companies plan to introduce an AI-based personalized recommendation service to Agabang Mall.
Gentoo analyzes the purchasing behavior and conversation data of customers visiting Agabang Mall to provide product recommendations that comprehensively consider the baby's developmental stage, the customer's lifestyle, purchase history, and parenting philosophy. This approach aims to support the purchasing decisions of expectant mothers unfamiliar with baby products and customers considering gift shopping.
Gentoo is a multi-agent-based B2B SaaS solution that provides natural, conversational consultations via floating buttons within online shopping malls. It has generated over 2 million responses and handles an average of 500 inquiries per day per client. This solution has improved purchase conversion rates by up to 13%.
Agabang Mall will offer a variety of features, including product suggestions tailored to gift budgets, personalized curation through baby information input in the chat window, size guides by baby's age, and multi-agent-based natural language conversation consulting. These features will help customers make product selections easier and more convenient.
