– Planned for expansion after pilot operation in major commercial districts such as Yeouido, Gwanghwamun, and Gangnam
– “We expect to alleviate anxiety about phone reservations, secure customer trust, and strengthen the stability of store operations.”

Accurate dining reservations are crucial for ensuring trust and convenience for customers and efficient operations for restaurants. However, the traditional phone reservation method often results in uncertainty about reservation confirmation or changes in availability on the day, causing inconvenience to customers.
Catch Table, operated by Ward (CEO Yong Tae-soon), a company specializing in integrated solutions for the food service industry, announced that it will be introducing the first ‘reservation success guarantee system’ in Korea to solve this problem.
The reservation success guarantee system offers compensation of up to 1 million won if the seat information provided at the restaurant differs from the previously confirmed seat information after a reservation has been confirmed on the Catch Table app. This system addresses customer inconveniences, such as seat changes or cancelled reservations, that previously occurred during the phone reservation process. Furthermore, to ensure the system's successful implementation, Catch Table is offering a 20% discount for reservations for groups of three or more for seven days, starting August 20th.
This campaign will initially be implemented in key commercial districts with a high concentration of business meetings and gatherings, including Yeouido, Gwanghwamun, Euljiro, Samseong, Yeoksam, Cheongdam, Mapo, Yeonnam, Hapjeong, Seongsu, Pangyo, and Gwanggyo. After verifying the customer experience and store operational effectiveness during the campaign period, it will be gradually expanded. Further details on the reservation success guarantee and promotions can be found on Catch Table.
Catch Table expects that this campaign will create a virtuous cycle in the restaurant industry by allowing customers to enjoy dining out at a reasonable cost and by attracting new customers and increasing sales for restaurants.
Catch Table CEO Yong Tae-sun said, “This is a win-win campaign that provides trust and peace of mind to customers and operational stability to stores through Korea’s first reservation success guarantee campaign,” adding, “We will continue to innovate to make the entire dining out process safer and more enjoyable.”
