
Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Daehee Park, hereinafter referred to as Daejeon Innovation Center) announced on the 21st that it will begin recruiting startups to participate in the open innovation program 'Dream Venture Star (hereinafter referred to as DVS) with ORACLE x UCLICK', a joint venture between global AI and ICT companies Oracle Korea and UCLICK.
Dream Venture Star (DVS) is the representative open innovation program of the Daejeon Innovation Center. It has collaborated with various large and medium-sized enterprises, such as SKT, LG, Hana Bank, and Ildong Pharmaceutical, to support startups' technology verification (PoC), joint commercialization, and investment linkages.
This time, Oracle and Uclick, global companies specializing in the bio and healthcare sectors, will participate as partners, providing new opportunities for collaboration to help technology-based startups enter the market and grow.
This recruitment is open to innovative biohealth startups established within the past 7 years. Startups possessing excellent technologies that will lead future innovation in specific fields such as ▲AI new drug development ▲genome analysis ▲digital biohealth ▲medical devices ▲clean bio, etc. are eligible to apply.
Selected companies will be given the opportunity to explore collaboration through 1:1 business meetups with Oracle Korea and Uclick business divisions. Matched companies will be provided with follow-up support after the final selection, including PoC funding (approximately 10 million won), Oracle Cloud and AI technology resource support, global investment program linkage and investment review, and provision of other seminars and networking spaces.
The recruitment period is from Monday, August 18 to Friday, September 19 at 24:00, and applications can be submitted online through the official website (https://dvs-oi.com).
