Cloud Hospitality Signs Business Agreement with Jayvice Group

Global healthcare platform company Cloud Hospital (CEO Nazarov Suleiman) announced on the 21st that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with hospital consulting firm JBis Group (Co-CEOs Joo-sung Kim and Bo-young Park) and will begin cooperation for overseas expansion and digital transformation of Korean medical institutions.

Through this agreement, the two companies will establish a joint collaboration system to expand international patient attraction and strengthen global marketing capabilities based on Software as a Service (SaaS). Specifically, the two companies will propose an integrated implementation model that simultaneously improves internal operations at medical institutions and expands external digital infrastructure, aiming to establish a global monetization structure for K-healthcare.

Cloud Hospital is a global healthcare platform used by patients in over 100 countries. It lowers the digital barriers between international patients and medical institutions through technologies such as multilingual accessibility, search engine optimization (SEO), and generative AI-based search engine optimization (GEO). Through a user-centered design that integrates the entire process from search to consultation, reservation, and treatment referral, Cloud Hospital is increasing patient conversion rates.

Jayvice Group is a management consulting firm specializing in high-value-added medical fields such as plastic surgery, dermatology, and dentistry. It possesses expertise in hospital branding strategies, improving treatment processes, enhancing revenue models, and establishing systems to support international patients. To date, it has completed numerous performance-based projects with major domestic hospitals.

Through this collaboration, Cloud Hospital will support the hospital's global online marketing efforts, while JBis Group will improve its internal operational systems, thereby enhancing the hospital's overall competitiveness. The two companies will begin the project in earnest, focusing on key domestic medical hubs such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, and Jeju, and plan to expand the scope of their collaboration to Southeast Asia and the Middle East in the future.

“We aim to enhance the international competitiveness of K-medical care through collaboration between hospital expertise and technology-based global platforms,” said Nazarov Suleiman, CEO of Cloud Hospital. “We will build a performance-oriented, feasible overseas expansion model.”

“Many hospitals have the will to expand globally, but are facing difficulties in digitalization and marketing execution,” said Kim Joo-sung and Park Bo-young, co-CEOs of Jayvice Group. “We will help hospitals achieve tangible results by providing customized support from planning to execution.”
