Caredoc Care Home is redefining the standard for care systems in senior housing by introducing a customized rehabilitation program.

Caredoc (CEO Jae-byung Park), a total senior care company, announced on the 21st that its premium senior housing brand, "Caredoc Care Home," is launching a premium rehabilitation package for residents in collaboration with the Korea Home Visiting Rehabilitation Association. This marks the first time in the industry that a dedicated senior housing rehabilitation program has been introduced through collaboration with a specialized rehabilitation association.

Caredoc Care Home is a premium senior housing brand offering high-end daily care and nursing services. Leveraging its expertise and operational capabilities in senior care, Caredoc Care Home is leading the way in specializing in premium senior housing facilities. Through regular satisfaction surveys, Caredoc Care Home continuously improves the quality of its care services and programs. In particular, the survey conducted in the first half of this year revealed high demand for rehabilitation and pain management programs, prompting the introduction of programs that reflect this demand.

Indeed, senior rehabilitation programs are known to offer a variety of benefits beyond physical function recovery, including improved self-confidence, depression relief, and chronic disease prevention. Caredoc has recognized this and developed a program focused on specialized premium rehabilitation that supports both physical health and emotional well-being in seniors.

This newly launched program offers specialized rehabilitation solutions to help residents regain their daily lives and improve their quality of life. Its strength lies in the one-on-one coaching provided by professional physical and occupational therapists from the Korean Home Visiting Rehabilitation Association, enhancing expertise and safety. Most importantly, it significantly increases accessibility to rehabilitation treatment by providing specialized rehabilitation programs utilizing equipment within the facility, eliminating the need for hospital visits or external travel.

The program's primary goal is to maintain and improve physical function while preventing disease exacerbation and secondary complications. Depending on the individual's condition, a customized program is provided, encompassing physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation. Periodic reevaluations ensure a step-by-step and systematic adjustment to the rehabilitation process. Customized rehabilitation support is available for a variety of situations, including: ▲those at high risk of falls due to mobility difficulties and muscle loss; ▲post-surgical rehabilitation; ▲recovery of activities of daily living (ADL) due to neurological disorders; and ▲recovery of swallowing and speech functions.

With the introduction of this program, Caredoc Care Home plans to strengthen support for residents to maintain their health and extend their independent living while establishing a safer and more sustainable healthcare system. This is expected to not only increase resident satisfaction and trust, but also further enhance the operational efficiency and quality of care services.

Caredoc plans to further strengthen its care service competitiveness by expanding its specialized rehabilitation collaboration program to include nursing and home visit services within its platform. Furthermore, based on accumulated data, Caredoc plans to integrate cutting-edge healthcare technologies, such as AI-based personalized rehabilitation and remote monitoring services, to create a care environment where all seniors in need of rehabilitation can receive specialized care without restrictions.

Caredoc CEO Jae-Byeong Park said, “We have launched a new care home rehabilitation specialized package to further increase the satisfaction of seniors residing at Caredoc care homes and strengthen our differentiation as a premium senior housing brand.” He added, “We will continue to take the lead in improving and providing premium care services so that both seniors residing at Caredoc care homes and their guardians can enjoy a high quality of life with peace of mind.”

Meanwhile, Caredoc Care Home and Nursing Home, which debuted in 2023, are gaining popularity as a new concept premium senior housing and nursing home brand where residents can enjoy both a private living environment and customized care. The first Caredoc branch, Baegot New Town, achieved a 100% occupancy rate within six months of launching, and the average occupancy rate across all branches is also recording around 90%. Currently, Caredoc operates a total of seven branches: Baegot New Town, Songchu Forest, Yongin The First, Siheung Noble Hill, Nursing Home Baegot New Town, Songchu Village, and Okjeong City, with additional branches opening soon.
