PR Gate Changes Name to Deloitte Communications

PRGATE (a Deloitte business, CEO Kang Yoon-jung), a brand communication specialist, announced on the 22nd that it will change its name to 'Deloitte Communications' and transform into an integrated communications consulting group centered on brand experience (BX) and customer experience (CX).

Since its 2022 merger with the Deloitte Group, PR Gate has been strengthening its marketing competitiveness by combining its strategic consulting and communications expertise. This name change is described as a strategic move to respond to the market trend of digital transformation and customer-centric strategies, while also clarifying its identity as an integrated communications consulting firm.

Deloitte Communications plans to provide differentiated brand experience consulting centered on three core services: ▲'Brand & Growth Strategy,' which handles brand growth strategies and customer journey design; ▲'Experience Performance Management,' which measures and optimizes brand and customer experience campaigns; and ▲'Creative Experience Design,' which is based on digital and offline content.

In addition, the company announced that it will provide an 'end-to-end' solution covering the entire process from brand strategy establishment to execution and advancement through a diverse portfolio of detailed services, including ▲BX/CX communication strategy establishment, ▲integrated marketing communications (IMC), ▲digital performance marketing, and ▲CRM-based customer relationship management.

Furthermore, collaboration with overseas member firms is being actively expanded through integration with Deloitte's AI-based solutions. Key solutions include "Creative Edge," a customized communication strategy development tool; "Converge Consumer," a targeting optimization solution based on customer data analysis; and "m//Suite," a digital experience platform integration tool. Through these solutions, the company is pursuing service expansion beyond the domestic market to North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
