Gomi Corporation Vietnam, a Vietnamese subsidiary of global commerce platform company Assemble Corporation, announced on the 23rd that it has signed an official contract with Korea's premium K-beauty brand VELLA Cosmetics and completed registration with the Vietnamese health authorities.
VELLA, a skincare brand that embodies the meanings of "Bella" (beauty) and "V" (victory, hope), pursues healthy beauty. Based on a philosophy of sustainable production and customized functional recipes that respect the skin's natural condition, the brand offers a variety of high-performance cosmetics. Representative products include the Ultra Hydro Sun Essence, Super Green Solution 5.5 Cleanser, and Neck Cream Ultimate Age Killer. The brand's suncare products have been particularly well-received in overseas markets, including Japan.
Through this agreement, Gomi Corporation Vietnam will serve as VELLA's official and exclusive distribution partner in Vietnam, responsible for product supply and marketing. The company plans to strategically expand sales through its local distribution network and actively promote the brand through influencer collaborations and digital marketing campaigns.
A representative from Gomi Corporation Vietnam said, “This contract is an important opportunity to introduce the outstanding product capabilities of the premium K-beauty brand VELLA to Vietnamese consumers,” and added, “We will meet the diverse needs of local consumers and lead to rapid market settlement.”
Through this collaboration, VELLA is expected to expand its influence across the Southeast Asian beauty market, leveraging Vietnam as a springboard.
