INF Consulting and LG CNS announced on the 26th that they signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 25th for joint collaboration in the digital asset business. The signing ceremony took place at LG CNS's headquarters in Magok, Seoul, with representatives from both companies in attendance.
The two companies agreed to cooperate closely in three areas: pioneering the digital asset market, establishing new business models, and joint marketing, with the goal of differentiating customer services based on digital assets.
As a first step, INF Consulting plans to leverage its financial network and LG CNS's blockchain consortium experience to lay the foundation for expanding the digital asset market within the financial industry. The emergence of digital assets presents both new opportunities and challenges for banks, securities firms, and credit card companies, and the two companies plan to jointly develop strategies to address these market changes.
Additionally, the two companies will jointly explore business opportunities that can be pursued within current laws and regulations, such as blockchain-based financial digital asset management services, stablecoin and token securities issuance and distribution systems, and cooperate in building business models.
In addition, the company plans to expand customer contact points through marketing activities such as hosting joint seminars and participating in external conferences, and strengthen communication with customers who have business opportunities related to digital assets.
Baek Man-yong, CEO of INF Consulting, said, "Based on our unparalleled experience in new businesses within the securities industry, we will collaborate with LG CNS to introduce digital asset services that provide real value to customers."
