CoorsTek Korea, the Korean branch of CoorsTek, announced on the 27th that it has received certification as a "2025 Best Company to Work For" from Great Place To Work (GPTW), a corporate culture evaluation organization. This marks the company's third award, following previous accolades in 2022 and 2024.
The GPTW certification is awarded based on a comprehensive evaluation of employees' satisfaction with the organizational culture, which is based on three key elements: trustworthiness, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Coorstech Korea once again demonstrated its excellent work environment by scoring highly in this year's evaluation for both overall organizational culture and employee benefits.
The company actively promotes a human resource-centered corporate culture, including various in-house welfare programs, family-friendly corporate events, and training to develop job skills. The GPTW survey revealed positive employee evaluations, with employees stating, "Each employee is respected" and "Teamwork and trust are well-established."
CoorsTek is a global ceramic solutions company headquartered in the United States, supplying high-performance ceramic products to the semiconductor, medical, aerospace, and automotive industries, with manufacturing facilities in 17 countries worldwide.
Founded in 2000, Coorstec Korea operates its headquarters and production facility in Gumi. It recently completed the expansion of its third Gumi plant, strengthening its semiconductor production capabilities. It is also contributing to the growth of local employment and the industrial ecosystem.
