Dain Co., Ltd., an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) specialist company of Nutzy Healthcare Co., Ltd. , announced that it participated in the '2025 Skill-Up Festa' held at SETEC in Hakyeoul Station, Seoul from the 21st to the 23rd, and showcased its integrated healthcare platform 'NutzyEAP' and concluded its schedule.
The Iljaller Festa is a work productivity-specialized event co-hosted by exhibition planning company The PMD and the HR community 'Gigomanjang', and sponsored by the Korea HRD Association and the Korea Artificial Intelligence Association. It is designed as a place for HR and management personnel, office workers, and startup officials to experience the latest work solutions and practical know-how.
At this event, Dain introduced its integrated EAP solution, "NudgeEAP," encompassing psychological counseling, diagnosis, education, and wellness programs, and confirmed the diverse needs of corporate welfare and employee mental health management. Over 1,000 corporate representatives and general visitors visited the booth during the event, and numerous consultations were held regarding service adoption.
Key programs at the booth included a subscription verification event for the YouTube channel "Trost," a "5-Minute Work Productivity Psychological Tips," and customized EAP counseling for HR professionals. Interest was particularly high in interactive wellness programs like the walking challenge, along with non-face-to-face app-based counseling services.
Event participants commented, "At a time when the introduction of psychological welfare services is necessary, a non-face-to-face EAP solution can be a practical alternative," and "I was impressed by how it differentiates itself from existing welfare programs."
