Providing customized information for each stage of treatment for all cancer types, including the eight most common cancers, enhancing convenience for patients and their caregivers .

Beyond cancer survival rates , we aim to be a reliable companion platform for those on the cancer treatment journey, improving quality of life.

Carelabs (CEO Lee Min-kyung), a digital healthcare platform specialist, announced the official launch of 'Heal-O', an integrated support platform for the cancer treatment journey.

"Heal-O," which embodies the meanings of "healing" and "completeness" (O), is an integrated cancer treatment support platform designed to help cancer patients navigate the entire journey, from symptoms and diagnosis to treatment and recovery, all within a single platform. Through Heal-O, cancer patients can seamlessly access medical information at each stage of their cancer journey, consult with medical professionals, and utilize community features.

Previously, cancer patients had to independently seek and verify information, from the initial stage of suspected symptoms to diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. To address this, Healo organized information on all cancer types, including the eight most common cancers—liver/bile duct, thyroid, colon, stomach, breast, prostate, pancreatic, and lung—by stage, enhancing user convenience for patients and their caregivers.

The medical information provided by Healo is directly reviewed by cancer survivors and medical professionals, enhancing its reliability. This helps patients make more accurate and prompt decisions during their treatment. In particular, the AI-based "Medical Cancer Consultation" service, with direct answers from medical professionals, allows patients and their caregivers to quickly and conveniently address a variety of questions, including dietary habits and lifestyle management, anytime, anywhere during treatment.

Additionally, Hillo offers a "community" feature, enabling patients to share their concerns and experiences during the difficult journey of battling cancer, building emotional support and empathy. The community is organized by cancer type and treatment stage, and is designed to allow patients and caregivers in similar situations to share their experiences and discuss future treatment options.

In addition, it provides comprehensive, reliable, customized information necessary for the entire cancer treatment process through various functions such as ▲‘Cancer Doctor Search’, which allows you to find doctors by region and cancer type based on nationwide hospital information registered with the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service, ▲‘Medical Information by Cancer Stage’ provided by medical professionals and cancer survivors, ▲‘Cancer Encyclopedia’ containing explanations of cancer terminology, the latest treatment and research trends, and lifestyle guides.

Lee Min-kyung, CEO of Care Labs, said, “With the advancement of medical technology, the survival rate of cancer patients is increasing, and the goal of cancer treatment is expanding beyond simple survival to improving quality of life.” He added, “Heal-Oh is a platform designed to help patients and their guardians maintain their quality of life together after a cancer diagnosis. We will continue to enhance our services by incorporating AI in the future and do our best to help cancer patients on their recovery journey.”

The Hillo application is available for free download from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Meanwhile, CareLabs, founded in 2012, has ▲ 'Heal-O', an integrated support platform for the cancer treatment journey, ▲ 'Medijob', a medical and nursing personnel recruitment platform, ▲ 'Uno CRM', a hospital customer management solution, and ▲ a smart hospital solution. In addition, it is building a digital healthcare value chain with its subsidiaries ▲ 'Goodoc', a non-face-to-face treatment platform, ▲ 'Barbitok', a cosmetic medical information provision platform, and ▲ 'EDB', a pharmacy management and prescription security system provider, and is leading the way in creating an ecosystem that integrates digital technology across the entire healthcare process, from patients to medical staff, hospitals, and pharmacies.
