PII participates in the 1st Industrial AI Expo of 2025.

PIIE (Co-CEOs Jeong-il Choi and Hyeon-jun Kim), a specialized company in AI-based manufacturing intelligence integrated solutions, will participate in the '2025 1st Industrial AI EXPO' held at the COEX Magok Convention Center from September 3rd to 5th and showcase its manufacturing operation intelligence solution (AIOps).

In this exhibition, PIIE, in collaboration with its subsidiary AHA Labs, will introduce a three-stage industrial AI operation solution system consisting of ▲DataOps (data operation intelligence) ▲AIOps (manufacturing AI operation intelligence) ▲AI Agent (operation automation agent).

AIOps is an integrated pipeline encompassing not only AI model development and deployment but also the operational phase, performing functions such as data flow monitoring, model performance analysis, and automated issue resolution. This minimizes human intervention in key management areas, such as performance degradation and fault response that may occur during operation.

According to PIIE, while automation has been introduced to a certain level in many manufacturing sites, the operation and maintenance of AI models still often rely on manual work. Therefore, systematic operational intelligence based on AIOps is necessary for actual digital transformation (DX).

DataOps focuses on automatically collecting and analyzing data generated from production facilities, sensors, and other sources to improve on-site decision-making and operational efficiency. AI Agents automate operations by providing natural language-based alerts when system errors occur and automatically executing pre-configured response scenarios.

This solution focuses on addressing practical operational challenges in manufacturing, such as responding to nighttime and weekend outages, maintaining complex AI models, and reducing human dependence. Piie and AhaLabs will highlight "intelligent solutions that can be immediately applied to the field" as the core message of the exhibition, and will present technology demonstrations and case studies of real-world implementations.

“This year marks a critical juncture for the manufacturing industry, transitioning beyond simple automation to operational intelligence,” said CEO Jeong-il Choi of PI. “Through our three key technologies—DataOps, AIOps, and AI Agent—we will provide a DX platform that can be immediately implemented in industrial settings.”
