Boosters is strengthening its global talent acquisition efforts. Commerce startup Boosters (CEO Choi Yoon-ho) announced on the 28th that it is recruiting talent to expand its overseas business.

Boosters is currently experiencing rapid growth, promoting its brand through its own online store and e-commerce channels around the world. In particular, with its flagship brands, "BRANDEN," a compression and organizing solution, and "EQQUALBERRY," a K-beauty brand, rapidly growing in overseas markets, Boosters plans to strengthen its global business by recruiting top talent.

Recruitment is underway for approximately 30 positions across marketing, overseas distribution, and development. In the global commerce sector, open positions include B2B Sales Manager (beauty, cosmetics), Senior Beauty Brand Marketer, Brand Product Planner (beauty), Content Marketer, and Influencer Marketing. Front-end and back-end development, accounting, and inventory management positions are also being considered.

Applications for employment can be submitted through the Talent Pool registration page in the Careers section of the Boosters website. Crew members are selected through a document screening process and a series of interviews to assess their skills and personality. Given the rapidly changing global commerce industry, Boosters plans to focus on finding talent who can explore solutions with flexibility and agility, rather than remaining stuck in fixed methods.

The career page also provides a quick overview of Boosters' corporate culture and benefits. In particular, you can view helpful information before applying, such as the welcome kit and buddy system provided upon joining.

Boosters Crew members also enjoy a variety of benefits. Boosters' exclusive learning platform, "Class818," supports employee competency development through growth incentives and self-development leave. A variety of benefits are also provided, including flexible work schedules, health screenings, and birthday gifts. New employees also receive an annual 2 million won savings account for use at the employee mall and benefits for purchasing company brands below cost.

Boosters, which is expected to surpass KRW 100 billion in annual sales this year, anticipates rapidly taking over the global commerce ecosystem through active talent recruitment. Brandon currently operates in major Asian countries, including Taiwan and Hong Kong. Equalberry, which has expanded its global presence to 80 countries in just a year and a half, aims to secure direct distribution channels in the countries it operates in through its global beauty platform.

Boosters CEO Yoonho Choi said, “Boosters is realizing its vision of being a ‘brand commerce group with an invincible formula’ through a comprehensive channel strategy and innovative approach,” adding, “We hope to receive many applications from talented individuals who will lead the global commerce market with their creative and proactive problem-solving skills.”

Meanwhile, Boosters recently expanded and relocated its headquarters to GS Gangnam Tower in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The building is connected to Yeoksam Station, providing excellent accessibility. Furthermore, the building boasts a variety of amenities, including a hospital, bank, restaurant, and cafe, enhancing employee convenience.
