Groove Korea has been accumulating technological expertise through collaborations with global IT companies such as Salesforce, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks.
Core Security plans to strengthen its security service capabilities, incorporating AI technology, and explore opportunities to expand into new cloud and AI-related businesses, leveraging its project experience and network in the public sector.
Core Security CEO Kim Tae-il said, “Through this agreement, we expect to be able to proactively respond to various challenges faced by our customers in the changing security environment by combining the technological and content capabilities of both companies.” He added, “We will build a next-generation security model that can be expanded not only to the public sector but also to the private sector.”
