Able Corporation (CEO Seok-Hoon Kang), a style commerce platform operated by Able Corporation (CEO Seok-Hoon Kang), unveiled its '2025 Second Half Seller Scale-Up Roadmap' on the 2nd, which contains key strategies for sellers' global expansion and domestic distribution network expansion.
The key pillars of this roadmap include opening a dedicated global fulfillment center, supporting offline expansion, and solutions for seller growth. Our goal is to guide sellers as they expand beyond online to offline, and beyond Korea to the global market. We plan to accelerate the provision of solutions and infrastructure for seller scale-up, encompassing everything from increasing online sales to expanding offline markets and expanding overseas markets.
As the first step on its roadmap, Able opened a dedicated global fulfillment center in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, in July. This dedicated infrastructure, optimized for overseas logistics, laid the foundation for helping more Korean sellers expand into the global market. Boasting excellent access to the Dongdaemun wholesale market, the new center currently handles logistics for Able's Japanese service, "amood." Going forward, it is expected to become a key hub for a "global distribution network," connecting Korean sellers with global markets, spanning K-fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
Second, we plan to create a space in Seongsu-dong, the "mecca of K-fashion," to help sellers expand their offline presence. While the specific concept and operational method will be revealed later, the plan is to allow our partner stores to expand their reach with both domestic and international customers without incurring additional rent or operating costs. The goal is to build an "omnichannel" network that connects Ablely app users offline and store visitors online, thereby strengthening the foundation for seller growth.
We've also launched a "Seller Growth Solution" to help new and small-to-medium-sized sellers successfully establish themselves and increase sales. This includes a "30-Day Advertising Trial Pack," which provides up to KRW 550,000 in advertising support for one month for marketplaces with no advertising experience, and a "Market Growth Guide," which provides operational information on purchasing, pricing, and review management. Advertising support can be applied for through the "Market Management Page (Seller Admin)," and the guide is available free of charge on the "Seller-Only Website (Seller Square)." Sellers can gain both sales growth and operational expertise without incurring any costs.
Ablely CEO Kang Seok-hoon said, “This roadmap is an attempt to present a new standard for realizing the ‘mutual growth’ value where the growth of sellers directly leads to the growth of the platform, and was created to enable small business sellers to achieve greater growth in a wider market.” He added, “Going forward, we will focus on advancing the technology that connects sellers with more than 10 million monthly active users (MAU), as well as expanding the infrastructure that can widely spread the excellence of K-sellers regardless of country or sales channel.”
