Haejum Co., Ltd. (CEO Oh-Hyeon Kwon) and Byteworks Co., Ltd. (CEO Wook Jeong), which operates the innovative tax/settlement service 'Osola' for solar power generation operators, announced that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for business cooperation to increase profits and improve convenience for solar power generation operators.
This agreement aims to create synergy by linking the "VPP business" and "tax/settlement services" based on the core competencies and technologies of both companies, and to provide more comprehensive and advanced services to solar power plant operators.
Under the agreement, the two companies will promote their services to customers and work together to develop and link their platforms in the long term.
Through this, solar power generation operators will be able to receive VPP services that allow them to earn additional revenue by participating in power brokerage businesses based on power generation forecasts, as well as professional services that can resolve complex tax and settlement tasks in one place.
Haejum CEO Kwon Oh-hyun said, “The collaboration with Byteworks will be an important opportunity to expand the service scope of Haejum’s VPP business and provide new value to customers,” and “Through close technical cooperation with Byteworks’ Osola service, we will further advance the Haejum V platform and strengthen our market competitiveness.”
