Mokoflex Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Na-ra), which operates the franchise integrated management solution 'Curo Biz', announced that it is launching 'Curo Delivery', a store-based delivery conversion solution to reduce the high delivery platform fees for store owners.
Mokoflex has introduced Qro Delivery, which allows customers' orders to be delivered directly to the store without going through the platform, in order to resolve the issue of store owners' profits decreasing due to brokerage fees, delivery tips, and advertising discounts charged by delivery platforms.
Qro Delivery is characterized by providing all delivery customers with a flyer containing a store-specific QR code, which allows the store owner to settle all amounts, excluding the PG payment fee, for direct delivery orders received through the QR code.
Mokoflex conducted a three-month pilot operation prior to the official introduction of Qro Delivery, and confirmed the improved profitability by paying store owners up to 47% higher delivery settlement amounts than using a delivery platform.
In addition, Mokoflex provides separate services to encourage customers to continuously reorder, such as ▲ an integrated point accumulation system for visits, delivery, and packaging ▲ automated marketing of review and event notifications for stores that have introduced Qro Delivery, and also runs a promotion that supports the design and printing of QR code magnetic flyers.
Since the launch of Qro Biz, Mokoplex has focused on lowering store operating costs for store owners based on a software-centric operation method, including ▲providing free QR orders ▲supporting the creation of dedicated websites and apps ▲implementing table order services through self-installation of programs without purchasing or renting separate equipment.
