HNIX Signs Industry-Academic Cooperation Agreement with Konyang University's Department of Enterprise Software

Total IT service company HNIX (CEO Dong-won Cha) announced on the 4th that it has signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with the Department of Corporate Software at Konkuk University to operate an SAP expert training and internship program.

This industry-academia collaboration was designed to provide practical experience to students who have received specialized SAP training at Konyang University by having them participate in HNIX's internship program, and to foster talented individuals into SAP development and operations personnel at an early stage, leading to full-time employment.

Through this agreement, HNIX plans to select students who complete the SAP training program as interns and train them to become practical SAP developers and operators over a period of approximately six months. The internship period runs from this month to February of next year, and participants will strengthen their professional skills through on-the-job experience. Successful graduates will be assigned to SAP operational projects at key clients, including HL Mando, HL Holdings, and Hyundai BNG Steel, and will be hired as full-time employees.

Konyang University will operate a specialized SAP training program, recommend students for internships, and jointly conduct industry-academic projects that connect with practical work. It also plans to cooperate in converting outstanding interns to full-time positions.

Professor Hyun Myung-jin of Konyang University said, “This industry-academia collaboration is an important opportunity for students to connect the SAP education they learned in the classroom to practical applications,” adding, “We will further accelerate the development of SAP experts in the future.”

HNIX CEO Cha Dong-won stated, “We have decided to collaborate with Konyang University to strengthen our SAP operational capabilities,” and added, “Through the synergy between our two institutions, we will cultivate excellent talent and provide better services to our clients.”
