Mark & Company (CEO Hong Kyung-pyo) announced that it will hold the '2025 Mark Growth Showcase' at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) Conference Hall at 2 PM on Friday, September 12th.
This event, an official program of "Try Everything 2025," a global startup event co-hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and Maeil Business Newspaper, will be held under the theme "AI and Globalization: A New Driving Force for Open Innovation." Key topics of discussion will be inter-company collaboration models based on open innovation and global expansion strategies leveraging these models.
The event will begin with a keynote address by Lee Ki-hyeok, Head of Startup Ecosystem Korea at Amazon Web Services (AWS). This will be followed by case presentations by startups that have achieved success through open innovation, including Pobicon, Cityi Lab, and Pit. A panel discussion will also feature speakers from major domestic and international companies, including Hyundai Motor Group's ZeroOne, Samsung Securities, Lotte Engineering & Construction, Adobe, L'Oréal Korea, and Mizuho Bank, as well as public institutions such as the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency and the Korea Institute of Design Promotion.
Through this showcase, Mark & Company plans to highlight the collaborative ecosystem between companies and institutions and share real-world examples of open innovation initiatives, providing participants with an opportunity to gain practical insights.
