Won Law Firm (CEO Attorneys Ki-won Yoon and Yu-jeong Lee) announced the official launch of its ‘Corporate Education Center’ to strengthen the company’s legal risk response capabilities and support sustainable growth.
The Corporate Education Center is a strategic training platform designed to help companies effectively address the legal issues they face in real-world business settings. Beyond simply providing legal information, the center aims to enhance both corporate legal awareness and practical response capabilities through customized training content.
Won Law Firm has been operating legal training programs for practitioners at the request of clients, and has received positive reviews from global corporations and public institutions, particularly for its high level of expertise and demand in the ESG (Environment, Society, and Governance) field.
Building on this foundation, the Corporate Education Center will expand its educational offerings beyond ESG to encompass diverse areas such as human resources and labor, commercial law, data protection, and fair trade. Each course is structured based on the latest legislative trends, case law analysis, and real-world examples, and focuses on providing practical insights through direct communication with industry experts, including lawyers and expert advisors.
Won Law Firm is particularly focused on the growing demand for training for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The firm aims to provide practice-oriented training programs to SMEs, which often struggle to establish large legal organizations, to help them effectively navigate the rapidly changing legal and regulatory landscape. This support will enable firms of all sizes to establish legal risk management systems.
“The Corporate Education Center is a practice-oriented educational platform designed to proactively recognize legal risks and strategically respond to them,” said Attorney Lee Yu-jeong. “It will contribute to enhancing corporate legal response capabilities by providing educational content applicable to actual corporate environments, going beyond simple legal explanations.”
To commemorate the launch of its Corporate Education Center, Won Law Firm held a special seminar for clients on September 4th. The seminar began with a congratulatory address by Attorney Geumsil Kang, followed by practical sessions on topics such as: ▲HR and Labor Response Strategies for Labor Law Policy Changes (Attorneys Dohyung Kim and Seoyoung Kang) and ▲ Key Contents of the Commercial Act Amendments and Practical Applications (Attorney Youngho Chae and Data Division Director Taekyung Lee).
Won Law Firm plans to continue expanding the functions of its corporate training center through regular training and customized seminars for companies.
