Softsquared Participates in the 1st Industrial AI Expo

Softsquared (CEO Lee Ha-neul) announced on the 8th that it participated in the '1st Industrial AI EXPO' hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, introduced the development team subscription service 'Gridge', and unveiled a new development team operation model that supports companies' AI transition.

Held for the first time this year, the Industrial AI EXPO is Korea's first specialized industrial AI exhibition, organized as part of the government's "10 Major Tasks for Industrial AI Expansion" announced in January. Under the theme "Fusion of AI and Industry: Leading a New Industrial Revolution," the event featured approximately 100 companies, including NVIDIA, Microsoft (MS), and LG CNS, operating 300 booths.

At this exhibition, Softsquared presented a development organization management strategy suited to the AI environment, focusing on "Gritzy," a "performance-driven" development team subscription service. This approach focuses on the shift in developer roles toward higher-level tasks like business logic design, collaboration, and project understanding, as advances in AI technology automate simple coding tasks.

"Gritge" is a model that not only matches developers with proven top 10% performance, but also integrates performance management and daily work logging. Based on empirical data, Softsquared reported that companies that implemented Gritge achieved an average of 30% reduction in development costs and approximately 20% improvements in schedule, quality, and productivity.

At this exhibition, various companies, including Hancom With, KDDI Korea, and Cyonic AI, jointly set up booths and demonstrated their specialized solutions in conjunction with Gridge. Through this, Gridge demonstrated its potential as an integrated solution that goes beyond simply providing development resources to support a company's overall AI transformation.

During the exhibition, approximately 700 industry professionals visited the Gridge booth, and a total of 60 business consultations were held. Inquiries were particularly active from mid-sized companies struggling to secure development resources and departments within large corporations with limited internal development capabilities. Interest in the Gridge Observer AI project risk management tool was also high.

Softsquared CEO Lee Ha-neul said, “This exhibition was more than just a technology exhibition; it set a new standard for performance-oriented development team operation.” He added, “Through Grid, we will support more companies to effectively respond to the AI transition.”
