Neezpersand Co., Ltd. (CEO Namjin Kim), which operates the blockchain DeFi messenger 'TomaTok', announced on the 8th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with game development and publishing company Techberry Co., Ltd. (CEO Ryeo Son) to support the improvement of technological capabilities and entry into the global market for domestic small and medium-sized game developers.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to pursue various joint projects aimed at strengthening the capabilities of domestic game developers and expanding into overseas markets. Furthermore, they will collaborate on developing new markets and expanding their business areas, leveraging their respective technologies and platforms.
Techberry, a game developer founded in 2021, is strengthening its content competitiveness, focusing on the idle RPG genre. Their representative titles, "Click Three Kingdoms" and "Little Phantasia," combine user-immersive gameplay with social messages to deliver differentiated content.
Nispersand operates Tomatok, a blockchain-based DeFi messenger that supports global real-time translation, video calls, and free calls. Tomatok offers a service that integrates gaming, messenger, and blockchain technology through its own game service and the blockchain-based T2E (Tap-to-Earn) game Tomatokz. It also plans to introduce AI-based cryptocurrency asset management features in the future.
Based on this agreement, the two companies plan to strengthen the technology and platform support required for small and medium-sized game developers to advance into the global market, and jointly explore new market opportunities through the link between blockchain and the game industry.
