Mathplatt High School Expands… From Mock Exams to Police Academy and Military Academy Preparation
– KMM High School Mock Exams provide mock exams in June and September and opportunities for practical assessments to assess student skills before the CSAT.
Expanding textbook coverage with the industry's largest selection of commercially available textbooks and strengthening the two-track strategy with practical assessments .

Edtech startup Freewillin (CEO Kwon Ki-seong) announced on the 8th that its AI math problem bank solution, Mathflat, will significantly enhance its capabilities for higher education preparation. The "KMM ( Korea Maths Competition of Mathflat )," which has been primarily focused on elementary and middle school students, will be expanded to include high school students, and new content will be provided to prepare students for special-purpose universities such as the Korean National Police University and Military Academy.
The KMM Math Competition is a nationwide math competition held monthly, both online and offline, by the Freewillin Math Research Institute, based on the elementary and secondary school curriculum. To date, five competitions have been held, with over 60,000 cumulative applicants and over 5,000 math education institutions nationwide utilizing the competition, demonstrating high participation rates. Furthermore, over 80% of teachers recommend the KMM Math Competition, demonstrating its high level of satisfaction.
The "KMM High School Mock Exam" will be administered for the first time for one week, from September 15th to 21st. This exam will review the mock exams conducted in June and September and provide a practical assessment opportunity in preparation for the November CSAT. It aims to address strategic weaknesses and enhance test-taking acumen.
The exam consists of 30 questions, lasting 100 minutes, and is differentiated by grade level. High school freshmen cover the entire Common Mathematics 1 section, while high school sophomores cover the entire Mathematics 1 section and a portion of Mathematics 2 (1. Limits and Continuity of Functions, 1. Limits of Functions). High school seniors cover the entire range of Probability and Statistics or Calculus, an elective subject, with questions tailored to the level of actual mock exams. After the exam, students receive a detailed analysis report that includes their score, percentile, grade, and even the percentage correct by unit, allowing them to accurately identify their weaknesses.
Mathplat has also added new questions for the police academy and military academy. The content is designed to allow students to study questions similar to those from the past four years (2021 and later). This approach is expected to help test-takers experience similar difficulty and format to the actual exam, enhancing their adaptability and broadening their critical thinking skills for achieving high scores on the CSAT.
Kwon Ki-seong, CEO of Freewillin, said, “We have created a one-stop learning environment where students can prepare for not only school grades and the CSAT, but also special-purpose universities, all in one solution.” He added, “We will continue to strengthen our differentiated content and practical assessment functions to secure competitiveness in higher education.”
Beginning with this launch, Mathplat plans to run the KMM High School Mock Exam three times a year—in May, August, and October—starting in 2026. These exams will serve as mock exams in June and September, respectively, and as a pre-CSAT skill assessment, systematically supporting students' annual study plans.
With this enhancement to its practical assessment function, Mathplatt plans to complete its two-track strategy of "textbook coverage + practical assessment," following its recent support of 3,984 textbooks, the largest in the industry.
