Popular in the restaurant industry with high review impact… Feel the effects of increased reviews at actual franchisees.

As online reviews have grown increasingly influential on small business stores, the "Naver Review Integration" service offered by Payhere (CEO Park Jun-ki), an integrated store management platform, is gaining attention. This industry-first integration of table ordering with the Naver Place (map) system revolutionizes store review management.

When a customer pays for a table order and earns points, a review request notification message is automatically sent. With a simple click of a button, they can immediately write a review on their phone. This feature automates the cumbersome process of having the owner personally guide the event and the customer verify their receipt.

Additionally, customers can scan the QR code displayed on the table order screen to be taken directly to the review writing screen. Instead of having to personally confirm with each customer whether they have written a review, restaurant owners can check in real time on the Payhere POS.

In the restaurant industry in particular, online reviews have a ripple effect that can significantly impact sales, rapidly spreading across the industry. Analysis of the percentage of affiliated stores showed that Korean restaurants (24%) accounted for the largest proportion, followed by Japanese restaurants (17.5%), Western restaurants (16.2%), and cafes (5.8%).

The owner of 'Wookine Charcoal Grill', a meat restaurant in Gyeonggi Province, said, "After opening a store, after a certain period of time, reviews become so important that they have an impact of about 8 out of 10 in attracting new customers," and "After linking to Naver Place, reviews increased by 1.5 times."

Stores that have implemented Payhere Table Ordering can integrate with Naver Place and utilize the feature at no additional cost. Additionally, these integrated stores will be marked with a "Place Plus" badge on the map, and will also receive reliable information, such as popular menu items and average price ranges, based on Payhere POS data.

Park Jun-ki, CEO of Payhere, said, “Our goal is to reduce the burden of labor costs on store owners through our review automation service and help them naturally accumulate reviews, which can lead to increased sales.” He added, “We will continue to actively reflect the voices from the field and strive to provide practical help to small business stores.”
