SAP Korea Signs Business Agreement with PIMS

SAP Korea (CEO Shin Eun-young) announced on the 9th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) for marketing and sales cooperation with Pims (CEO Hwang Seon-young), which operates the shopping mall integrated management solution 'Easy Admin'.

This agreement is part of SAP Korea's strategic partnership to expand its cloud ERP market within the e-commerce industry. The two companies plan to accelerate the adoption of SAP's intelligent ERP solution, "SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP," through joint marketing, customer development, and sales collaboration.

Founded in 2004, EasyAdmin is an integrated shopping mall management solution. It integrates with major domestic and international sales channels, including Coupang, 11st, Smart Store, Shopify, AliExpress, and Shopee, and is used by approximately 10,000 e-commerce businesses. Its key feature is its ability to automate and integrate the entire shopping mall operation process, from order collection and invoice printing to shipping, inventory management, and customer service (CS).

Through this collaboration, SAP Korea will offer digital operational innovation based on SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP to customers in the consumer goods, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce industries who face challenges integrating enterprise-wide data, including inventory, logistics, finance, and sales. This collaboration is expected to particularly address the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) facing complex challenges in integrating ERP and online shopping mall operations.

“This partnership is a collaborative effort to address the operational complexity and IT governance challenges faced by e-commerce companies,” said Kang Ji-hoon, head of SAP Korea’s SME Customer Business Division. “Through collaboration between our two companies, we will support customer growth and contribute to the spread of cloud ERP.”

“As the e-commerce market becomes more sophisticated, IT utilization is essential,” said Hwang Seon-young, CEO of PIMS. “We hope that this agreement with SAP Korea will serve as an opportunity to support IT integration and business innovation for e-commerce companies.”

Meanwhile, the two companies are conducting various joint marketing activities targeting EasyAdmin users, including SAP promotional pop-ups, operating microsites, and establishing customized customer consultation channels.
