Featuring 'DataEffect' rebranded as Featuring Enterprise.

Featured Co., Ltd. (CEO Ji-Hoon Jang) , a global SNS data analysis company, announced on the 9th that it is rebranding its existing social data analysis platform ‘Data Effect’ to ‘Featured Enterprise.’

This rebranding was pursued to enhance the company's enterprise-tailored modules and LLM (Large Language Model)-based natural language analysis capabilities as a B2B SaaS solution, and to emphasize the product's system development (SI) characteristics that can be customized to fit the corporate and brand business environment.

"Featuring Enterprise" is a dashboard-building platform that analyzes and visualizes data generated from various social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, tailored to corporate business objectives. It is used as a data-driven decision-making tool in various fields, including influencer marketing, business development, and strategic planning.

This platform, which operates based on its own data engine, 'Featuring AI,' is characterized by providing sophisticated insights by collecting and analyzing 18 million domestic and international influencer channels and over 400 million pieces of social media content in real time.

CJ CheilJedang's Korea Marketing Headquarters, which introduced "Featuring Enterprise" last June, established an "Early Trend Catching System" to respond to rapidly changing food trends. This system automated monitoring of social content and new F&B products, increasing work efficiency by approximately 65% compared to previous models. Furthermore, by enhancing data collection and analysis logic, the system contributed to more sophisticated insights, faster decision-making, and marketing strategy development.

Choi Hwa-seop, CTO of Featuring, said, “Social big data is a key management resource that can most quickly identify consumer reactions and trend changes,” and added, “We will continue to systematize data governance based on Featuring’s unique data analysis know-how and contribute to maximizing our clients’ business performance.”

Feature plans to become a global social media intelligence company by integrating AI agent functionality into "Featuring Enterprise" to automate the entire influencer marketing process. To achieve this, the company is focusing on building an intelligent social search infrastructure based on LLM and enhancing its "Featuring AI" engine, which incorporates multimodal technology.

Meanwhile, Featuring has established partnerships with over 15,000 companies in the fashion, beauty, travel, and entertainment sectors, including major corporations such as CJ CheilJedang, Cheil Worldwide, Kakao, and Shinsegae, and is expanding its position as a global cross-border marketing solutions company through its entry into the Japanese market last year.
