– The Seoul and Busan business briefing sessions held in August were a great success… The next-generation lodging revenue model is gaining attention in the industry.

Accommodation management specialist Jinam (CEO Lee Jun-ho) announced on the 9th that it has signed a consignment operation contract with 'Hotel The Romantic Stay' located in Pyeongri-dong, Daegu, and has begun full-scale operation of 'Romantic Stay by Jinam Pyeongri Branch', which has introduced the Front-X non-face-to-face control solution.
This Pyeongri branch consignment operation marks Jinam's first foray into the Yeongnam region, with plans to sequentially open new branches, including Seongseo and Taejeon, within the year. Furthermore, the company is establishing a new FrontX-based control center in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions, further strengthening its regional presence with a hybrid manned-unmanned operation model, previously centered in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions.
FrontX is a next-generation operating platform developed by Jinam, integrating reservation management (PMS), revenue management (RMS), channel management (CMS), and customer service (CS) functions. It also integrates kiosks, door locks, and automated reservation management, ensuring operational efficiency and cost savings. At Jinam's directly-managed branches, FrontX has proven effective in increasing room sales by 15-30% and reducing monthly labor costs by over KRW 5 million.
Jinam previously presented a next-generation lodging revenue model combining a stable consignment operation model with FrontX at business briefings held in Seoul and Busan in August, garnering significant industry attention. The Busan briefing, held at Jinam's consignment operation location, "Y Collection LCT Residence," drew significant attention as an opportunity for attendees to experience the brand's competitiveness and operational performance firsthand.
Jinam CEO Lee Jun-ho said, “The opening of the new Romantic Stay by Jinam Pyeongri branch will be a signal for the expansion of the Yeongnam market and the establishment of a control center,” and added, “We will further strengthen the profitability and competitiveness of small and medium-sized lodging businesses by expanding the manned-unmanned hybrid operation model based on FrontX to regional bases.”
