TokenAsia Korea, a global fintech and franchise platform company, announced on the 11th that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with GDACS JSC, a local listed company in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and will begin its full-scale expansion into the Central Asian market.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to cooperate in various areas, including ▲market research and establishment of entry strategies ▲establishment of local and global partnerships ▲industry-specific localization and promotion ▲rental-based business models ▲microfinance services ▲cross-border joint marketing.
The scope of the agreement is expected to expand beyond simple inter-company cooperation to a model of inter-industry convergence cooperation encompassing the entire K-lifestyle industry, including K-food, K-beauty, and K-fashion, as well as digital payment systems.
Founded in 1993, GDACS JSC is a publicly listed company on the Mongolian Stock Exchange. Its core businesses include IT, real estate development, and agricultural product distribution. It currently distributes and sells its products in Ulaanbaatar, Darkhan, and Erdenet.
Through this agreement, TokenAsia Korea aims to move beyond its existing consulting-focused corporate image and strengthen its position as an overseas expansion platform that combines K-franchises and digital assets.
Mongolia, strategically located between Northeast Asia and Central Asia, is considered a key route along the New Silk Road initiative. Demand for mobile and digital financial services is rapidly growing, particularly in cities with a high proportion of young people.
TokenAsia Korea plans to expand K-lifestyle brands overseas and establish a consumption model based on digital payments and STOs (Security Token Offerings) utilizing stablecoins. This structure aims to create a digital ecosystem where franchise headquarters, local partners, investors, and consumers share profits and benefits.
In particular, the company plans to pursue a lifestyle-focused model that integrates microfinance with rental services for consumer goods like water purifiers, small appliances, and cosmetics, increasing accessibility for consumers, including low-income earners. This is expected to have a positive impact on both financial inclusion and brand accessibility.
TokenAsia Korea plans to establish a win-win relationship between its Korean headquarters and local Mongolian companies through customized support tailored to local laws and distribution environments, while also establishing a foundation for securing global investor trust.
